I think of i ever visit Georgia again i will definitely stay with them.

The room was really really good..It is almost what you see in the pictures .All the ameneties were in the room.Staff was really cooperative.

Location was a little bit miss. It was quite a steep walk from the main road but it is just 15-20 minutes walk si if that does not bother you and no problem.SPAR store (sort of supermarket) was just 5-7 minutes walk from where you can buy anything even in late hours.

Просторная студия с великолепным видом на весь город через огромные панорамные окна. Телевизор с супер качественным изображением и звуком. И конечно же чистая глубокая ванна посреди этих изысков как вишенка на торте. Хозяйка дала доступные и понятные инструкции. Самостоятельное заселение. Мы с парнем провели незабываемые выходные!

Clean, spacious, two toilets, washing machine, good kitchen facilities, nice quite location although a little difficult to get to by foot or car.

A little difficult to get to by foot or car (steep uphill streets to walk to property, and taxi drivers typically weren’t happy to drive in the narrow and steep streets). Remote control for heating and air conditioner not provided until requested. Not enough natural light in bedroom. Only one chair provided in kitchen area. Safe did not work. Shared iron not always available or missing. Long time between communicating any issues to owner and any meaningful action. Last request regarding missing iron in shared area was met with no response by the owner.

Summer vacation in Tbilisi

Absolutely everything. The apartments is located in the Tbilisi's Old Town and it's a very cozy place to walk around and spend your time. Our apartment were in a corner of the building, so from the balcony we had amazing city view. Apartments have everything you need for a short period stay, even bath in the middle of the room. We strongly recommend this room for 2 person. Also you have a TV, fridge and the rest of kitchen utilities. Bed is comfortable and above you got an air conditioner. Staff is very friendly and offers to taste their own home made red wine which is very tasty. You can also buy their wine for affordable price. Outside of apartments you have possibility to make a barbeque.

The apartments is located in the Tbilisi's Old Town and as in the most old towns there is a very narrow streets which results in lack of parking spots. So, if you travel by car, just keep in mind that there may be difficult to park it easily.

Perfect. I definitely back again!!!!

The room was so romantic. I would recommend for a couple. The location is in the center, but you may need to small hiking. The view is perfect. Facilities in the room is fair for people who plan for long stay.

You may hear the next room. Hot-Cold water was not stable. And water pressure was not string enough. So when taking shower, it would be inconvenient.

I don't even know where to start. Have you ever heard of a 5 stars apartment in a random building on a random cobble street? This one is exactly that! Expect 5 stars hotel quality but expand it to everything an apartment would contain. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. We stayed there for 3 nights... The room is beautiful, furniture quality and looks wise, space, floor, hot tub, sink, all.. it has everything you could need down to the tiniest details, ex: spatula, crystal clean cookwares, wine bottle opener, cleaning cloths, amazing glass items (mugs, wine glasses, etc...) And the balcony! Man the view, and the outdoor patio furniture! And the people! Elena was just fantastic and the owner too. They let us check out late as I was ill on the last day, and they even let us come when we had already left since 2 days and put our bags for few hours in the yard (which has a barbecue facility and washing machine with dryers btw) even though we weren't staying that night or anytime later. Also we were able to see the old cellar where they used to make wine, and they gave us a wine bottle as a gift! People people people, book it, don't think twice, and when you arrive don't mind the weird narrow uphill street, believe me it's worth it.

The best hotel I've stayed in Tbilisi. definitely coming back again.

The room was clean and quiet. Kitchen was super clean and convenient. Managers set up a wine tasting in wine cellar and it was really cool, we tried some wine and vodka with different flavors. The best thing is that you don't have to walk all day to find a car and a guide for a tour, you just have to talk with the managers and they will do everything for you, respect to hotel stuff. we took tour to kazbegi and it was amazing, the front desk is very help full and supporting;

Apt is great.. Staff could do much better.

- The awesome: The view, the bathtub - The great: The cleanliness, the location

- The average: The check-in process; no one was there. The bed was small (less than 160cm width) - The bad: The communication with the management team of the apt. Even if they launched communication by WhatsApp which was good, they did not answer some of our questions (like the possibility to have a romantic package since they show pictures withk rose petals on the bed). We did not feel welcomed (on the other side, we felt like this all over Georgia) - The awful: We were locked inside the building because someone locked the door or the door was malfunctioning. We had to wait 20 min to get out… We are 3 customers locked. I can’t imagine if there would have been a fire.

Apartments are super modern and clean, bathtub and amazing views of the city from room makes you feel like on actual honeymoon! City center, everything was accessible by walking and no car sounds! Fully furnished for comfortable stay.

Amazing views of the city!

Apartments were newly renovated and super clean. Panoramic view of Tbilisi was the best part of our stay! Complementary wine from the host was delicious, neighborhood calm and friendly, definitely will visit again!

Comfortable, clean and well equiped apartment. The owner, George and Anna went the extra mile to make us happy, even treated us to an awesome Georgian lunch and wine tasting in his cellar. They organized the Dr to come to the apartment to do our PCR, which was not expected. Nothing is too much for them. We would go back there anytime.

Only thing we didn't like was having to walk to Town and back. Photos does not describe how awkward it is to reach the apartment. But after a few days we managed to find our way quite easily. Taxi's are easily obtainable.

Fantastic host, family and apartment in wonderful, fairytale Tbilisi

George is such a kind and hospitable host. As it was too late to organise an airport taxi pick up with the curfew he came himself at 05.15am. What a star! He also invited us to complimentary wine tasting lunch in his cellar hosted by his lovely cousin Ilyia. We had so much fun! The apartment is huge, is well stocked and immaculately clean.

Nothing. It was all good. If anything, only that the roof doesn't cover the whole terrace as it would be nice to sit in the sun all day.

Amazing huge apartment with astonishing terrace and view over the city. Stayed here for a week and could not wish for more. It is a bit uphill but the taxi is cheap, so easy to order one if you are too tired to walk. There are some stores nearby but I recommend ordering delivery from restaurants, it is cheap, quick and diverse. Owners set the bar of Georgian hospitality very high, which is hard to beat :) I travelled with my parents and they are very happy about this place.

Excellent apartment in heart of Tbilisi

View from room is really fantastic, you can see the view of Tbilisi. Big living room with kitchen is really nice to us to have own cooking. The owner (whole family including dog) is really nice and help to support per requested. I’ll back here if I have a chance to visit Tbilisi again.
