The staff was very very kind and sweet, they helped everything. The breakfast was mind-blowing, freshly cooked 10 different warm and cold food on little plates served at your table. The location was little out of the center, but close to the top of thill and the cable car, so it was nice at the end.
Well, the parking on the street wasn't free, but they offered us to go into the little back garden (little narrow to get in). But here is my recommendation: do not rent car! The taxi in every form very cheep.

Extremely happy with the service and exceptional hospitality! The hotel is based close to the big park and the city center. The hotel is not new but very clean and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. We were delighted with home made very tasty breakfast every morning. The hotel is also dog friendly. We really enjoyed the stay and will chose this hotel again when we go to Tbilisi.
The hotel is situated on the hill. It is easy to get there but if you have problems with mobility you have to consider this.

Breakfast was very good. I did not even notice it was included, then was glad I had it.
The room was comfortable, quiet enough. Important to note that the air conditioner is adequately directed: it does not blow on the bed directly.
The water pressure was quite ustable sometimes. Maybe when everybody was taking shower. Sometimes almost no water.

This is a really comfortable and clean hotel. I personally like the top-floor rooms a lot as it means no one is stomping around above you. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic and huge! Wifi works well. The beds are comfortable (my preference is slightly firm). Good AC. Hot water and strong water pressure. Room cleaned regularly. The neighborhood is cool very and trendy, just removed enough from the tourist traps in the nearby old town.
I extend my stay here. You're lucky to find a hotel this comfortable at this price.
I didn't find a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger - cleaning staff disturbed me.
Rooms are small but cozy.
Sound isolation from the hallway isn't great - easy to hear other guests moving. But it's not a big/busy place. Sound isolation between the rooms seems good though.
Water did cut out for about 10 minutes one day.
