Overall 10/10 experience! I truly loved this hotel, especially the perfect location and amazing hospitality. Special thanks to Ms. Sophia and the entire Front Office reception team for their warm and helpful service, Mr. Alex from the bell team, Ms. Sophia from the restaurant, and the HK team. Everyone was so friendly and cooperative. My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot. Highly recommended! ❤️

Location, lobby, inner yard
Noisy room, because of Main Street view. Maybe better to change windows. Also room is huge, but furnished as a small. So it looks a bit empty. Sometimes level of English is bad. Especially of young waiters in breakfast.

Room was great
Construction around the hotel and staff was not very helpful in explaining how to navigate that . It was very difficult to walk around and access places
No health club nor did the staff provide shuttle to access the health club in another Marriott property
We were not told beforehand that the hotel is not fully functional
There was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience
