We had an absolutely wonderful experience at River Side Hotel Tbilisi. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, elegant design, and a special charm that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.
The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Tbilisi. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Everything was wonderful, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Tbilisi. Hopefully soon
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tbilisi! ❤️

My guests did not have warm water in the room. We reported it several times. They moved guests after 1 day of cold water in different room, where air conditioner was not working (outside was 33 degrees celsius)... then guests were moved back in their old room( 1 am! Tired and sleepy),cause they said all other rooms were taken... 5 star hotel should not have this type of issue. On top of that, they said only sorry. Guests did not get any compensation
