Perfect place to be with family, amazing hospitable staff and super great location for walking around with so many restaurants and wine shops. All main attractions are within walking distance. We loved it!

Really good value for the money. We were lucky to not have a room on the main road.

Room was a good size, location was very good close to the city. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.
The rooms are clearly in need to a modernization / update, the shower door leaked, and the pillow case had a small hole, which was not changed during the stay. Breakfast was ok, but when I asked for an expresso for breakfast I was told it would be charged, i thought that was not necessary considering the Hotel was rated at 5 stars (which it was not!). so, on balance ok but a bit dated
