Başlangıçta gergin sonrasında iyi sayılacak bir konaklama. Daha iyi olabilirdi.

Rezervasyon yaptığım oda superior king odaydı ancak geldiğimizde bizi king odaya aldılar. Bunu da söylemediler. Resimlerden odaya giriş yaptığımızda fark edip söylediğimizde de (öncesinde reddedip) giriş yaptığımız gün superior king boş oda olmadığını söylediler. Telefonda yetkili kişiyle konuştuğumuzda teknik bir aksaklık olduğunu bizi o akşam king odada misafir edeceklerini ancak yarın superior king odaya (ücretini ve rez. günler öncesinden yaptığımız odamıza) alacaklarını söylediler. Hatanın da kendilerinden kaynaklanmadığını söylediler. Ne yani bizim hatamız mıydı? Ortam gerginleştiğinde bunu kabul etmeyeceğimi bizim için ekstra bir şey yapmaları gerektiğini söyledim. Bu yüzden odaya bir şampanya gönderdiler ama durumu düzeltmek için kendileri böyle şeyler teklif etmeliydiler. Ayrıca maalesef çalışanların İngilizce seviyesi hiç yeterli değil. Odalar genel olarak temiz ve rahat, konforlu ama aynı paraya belki daha iyi bir konaklama yeri bulunabilir. Superior king oda olmasına rağmen banyo küçüktü. Aynı zamanda tüm odaların açıklama kısmında hem küvet hem duş olduğu yazıyor ama sadece duş var. Bunu da belirtmek isterim.

Wonderful and cosy hotel

My friend and I came to combine work and leisure in Tbilisi. The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi and all attractions are 10 min walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful to any of our wishes. We even got a guided tour on the top terrace of the hotel, where you can retreat and work or read books. I highly recommend that everyone stay here. The hotel was built 4 years ago 1.5 years ago, of which did not function due to Covid-19. Time to recover and go forward.

Amazing stay in old town! 5 Star quality.

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. It was newly renovated, and the decor was top-notch. We felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with soundproof windows and heating. The staff was lovely, attentive, and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottled water. The hotel also has a rooftop area with stunning views of the city. Although it's not a functioning restaurant, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Wish the rooftop was a functioning restaurant, so we could sit and enjoy a meal there. Other than this, everything was great.

Good place to stay

The hotel was truly delightful, boasting warm and welcoming staff who always greeted us with genuine smiles. The friendly atmosphere significantly enhanced our stay, making every moment enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel itself was quite pleasant, providing a comfortable and friendly environment. However, our stay was somewhat marred by a loud karaoke party in the neighboring building, which, despite not being the hotel's fault, did detract from the overall tranquility of our experience.

Staff accused us of stealing towels and bathmat. We emptied our luggage out in foyer, no towels, we were humiliated, never returning

Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer, Lage Nähe Innenstadt. 24 Stunden Rezeption.

Bar gegenüber mit jeden Tag lauter Musik, mindestens bis 1 Uhr nachts. Alle Zimmer gehen zu der Seite raus.

Beautfiul rooms, very friendly and helpful staff even when arriving late night. Khatia and Razmik helped us with our bags and getting to our next destination. Central location but quiet. Winebar next door. Room with windows and beautiful view into the trees.

A beautiful little hotel. very well presented and always clean and tidy. Cool location. The staff are fantastic and always very helpful and pleasant.

Stay in the heart of Tbilisi

The location is amazing and 2 min walk from the main road. All the attractions are nearer to the property and walkable. The staff is amazing and very quick and responsive. The staff is king as well as polite and very agreeable. Can't stress enough but if you are coming with the family this is the place you need to book.
