Had the pleasure of staying in Kalasi for 5 days, ut was delightful experience. The hotel staff were welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily room cleaning service. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and fresh. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered variety of options to suit different tastes. However, the only downside was the noise outside the hotel. The hotel is located in a busy area and the street noise could be heard from our room, especially during the night. This made a bit challenging to get good night's sleep at times.

The noise outside the hotel was a bit bothersome, especially at night.

The location was great, walking distance to many places. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfy. We stayed at their Family room, it was pretty big. Everything was great! We loved staying there.

Excellent location, nice rooms and good breakfast.

The staff don't worry about guests much. The parking photo on the booking page is not the photo of hotel parking. Be aware that the parking entry is very narrow, if your car is wide like a big SUV you will have trouble.

Great location, spacious room with air conditioning, kettle, complimentary water, coffee and tea, and fridge with minibar

At the reception, we met annie who spoke english pefectly, the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and it is located in an excellent location.

The carpets were dusty, which might be problematic for asthmathic people, and the decor is a bit outdated

Overall the best property to stay.

The property is in very conveniently located. The street is so lively and so many food options. And all the city tour attractions are in walkable distance. Totally satisfied with the location. Good choice for the visitor.

Wish there was a swimming pool. And the breakfast spread could have been slightly better with croissants and fruit cuts.

Nice hotel in the center of Tbilisi. Near is the old town, and also a lot of small restaurants. The personal very nice, clean rooms and the breakfast was interesting, contain also some typical Georgian meals.

Excellent location

Excellent location, just a walking distance to Freedom Square. Room is always cleaned on a daily basis and towels are replaced. Staff are very accommodating with our requests.

Room is a bit old especially the floor carpet. There is no bidet in the toilet.
