The apartment was very clean, nice, and quite spacious. The location is absolutely amazing — right next to a small park and in the very heart of Tbilisi, with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby, while still being surprisingly quiet at night.
The apartment had everything we needed, and the hotel itself also has a very nice lobby. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, especially because of the location.
There were a few small things that could have made the experience better. When we arrived, we had to wait around 10–15 minutes while trying to find a staff member to check us in. The wait itself wasn’t a big issue, but there was no apology or acknowledgement afterward, which felt a little strange.
I had also requested a specific room in advance, and it was confirmed that we could stay there. However, when we arrived, it seemed that this had been forgotten and the room had already been given to other guests. I completely understand that things like this can happen, but better communication would have been appreciated.
We also had an issue with the hair dryer in our room, as it basically didn’t work. When I asked for a replacement, unfortunately there didn’t seem to be a spare portable hair dryer available. I would definitely recommend the hotel keep a few spare ones for situations like this, especially since a working hair dryer is quite important during colder weather. Luckily, the weather was warm during our stay, so it wasn’t a major problem for us.

Great design, great rooms, nice bed, great bathrooms with good showers; fantastic location to explore the Old Town on foot.
No real lobby or social area, not the right place if you want to meet other travelers.

It‘s a beautiful Hotel at a great location with nice cafes etc nearby.
It is in a very touristic part of the city with all necesseties nearby.
The Hotel was clean for the most part but it could be a bit better.

Very central and quirky
Very hard to get to and parking is almost impossible. When I was about to check in I saw the prices for the day almost half of what I paid for in advance which was disappointing
