The hotel was located right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced traveling. The staff were very nice and helpful.
We stayed for several nights on the top floor. The WiFi was really bad. When we came back to stay a few night later, we stayed on the second floor, the WiFi was much better.

The room was cosy and the staff friendly
1. They did not serve breakfast on all days. The reason stated to us was that their chef quit suddenly. Usually in Tbilisi most breakfast places open pretty late and we had to survive on some food we had carried. If they would have let us know about this before we arrived, that would have been helpful. They did not make any efforts to help apart from opening the kitchen when we requested for it to heat the food we carried
2. The bathroom was stinking - we informed the staff about it but no action was taken
3. The staff informed us that the heater will be switched on from 5 pm to 10 am only. This is crazy considering the biting cold in Tbilisi in December
4. The internet was frustratingly slow
