A perfect heaven in Old Tbilisi

Everything was perfect and clean as described. The administration is so caring about the guests and really responsive to all enquirers. I highly recommend this property for small groups and families. This will be my stay if I had a chance to visit Tbilisi again for sure.

They were very helpful especially when we had to check out early in the morning but needed to store our luggages for a b

Complete kitchen facilities and tools with salt and pepper. Water spray in the toilet. Travel adapter is available for usage. Balcony was spacious and very nice to lounge in. Interior design was very beautiful. Communication was very easy and they respond quickly to our messages and attend to our concerns.

Hair blower wasn’t working.

Perfect family apartment

This apartment is organising very nicely. Warm and cozy the location is perfect. The kitchen is awesome. We got all the needed items. It also has washing machine and dishwasher. We just loved this place

Great place to stay in

I usually don’t give a 10 in reviews, but my 8 nights stay here was really flawless! The hotel went above and beyond in the studio’s equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, all toiletries, wine glasses, mugs etc literally everything you would need). The staff are super helpful and it’s a walking distance (5 minutes) the Peace bridge so it’s super central. And 5 minutes also from the Clock tower. The terrace is great for morning coffee. Made my stay in Georgia super enjoyable!

Very Good

The apartment had all the facilities requires for a short stay. The kitchen had all kinds of utensils. It is a perfect apartment for families.

The only problem with this hotel is that there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. Anyone traveling with heavy luggage should not book it as they have to carry it themselves. The ladies did help us but it was difficult for them as well.

Location next to the old city, hospitable staff

There is no indication on the building that was a hotel. After a taxi driver dropped us late at night, we were not sure that was the right place. Could not find the staff to get the key. Felt somehow embarassed

Superb

I liked the amenities available in the apartment and the location. The staff was also very helpful. We just had to chat up with them through the Booking.com messages and they solved it for us. Also, it was a very private room without any disturbance. The location was great, walkable distance from city centre. So, it was very convenient for visiting all the main tourist attractions.

However, there was no Reception area or English speaking staff available at the property, which made it slightly difficult to get help. Also, the apartment was on 2nd floor without any elevator. So, we had to carry all our luggage through the stairs. But besides that, it was a very comfortable stay.

modern apartment in the old city

Everything you might need: washing mashing, kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable bed. attentive staff, very welcoming. Extra points for the lightning, plenty of mood lights create a calm quiet ambience. Either it’s soundproofed or we were alone on the floor, we didn’t hear a thing. Call in advance, there’s no usual reception desk, you’ll be met outside and shown to your room. Some rooms have separate keyed entrances from the outside. We’ve wandered around a little before contacting the host, and it’s unlikely one will find their way without some help.

The water has faint sulphuric smell, which is expected in this area. Room comes with some drinking water bottles, but bring more if you plan to make tea. The keys were, at least in our room, regular metal keys and you get one set per room. Access cards would have been more convenient.

Communication with management was a bit lacking. There was also construction going on next door and very loud drilling noises throughout the day but thankfully they stop at night. But overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

A large and amazing apartment with a kitchen that provided us with all the utensils and everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the room service did an amazing job. In addition, the apartment is located in a very good location, close to all the bars and restaurants. Undoubtedly one of the best and most affordable hospitality experiences we've been to.

Superb

Very good location in quiet area - close to Liberty Square, Clock Tower and Peace Bridge, clean big room, comfortable bed, good equipment in kitchen, washing-mashine, iron. There is also nice terrace in building.

Paying only in cash and I waited long for delivery the key even if I send message (no reception here) I was there, problem with the TV set but solved.

Great personnel, great location, good value for money.

A few more appliances/supplies would have been appreciated (e.g. some washing product for the washing machine so every guest don't have to buy new one). Except from that, everything was great.
