Great central tourist area location. Rooms are clean, and bonus was the presence of toilet spray which is very hygienic. Nice breakfast area with big variety of dishes. Modern lobby with nice decor. I also recommend you try burnt basque cheesecake at the Mozaiko restaurant :)
The room did not have a window. Staff although polite but should be friendlier and more helpful. Every door man never said hello nor smiled nor offered any help. Utilities like bank and water supplier use the main hotel entrance which blocks the cars and taxis, would be better if they used a different or back entrance. Hotel restaurant on the ground floor has a poor menu for lunch and dinner, could be better.

We loved the location and facilities available within the property, staff spoke a good level of English and a number of other languages which made it suitable for international travellers.
Despite a couple of issues we would certainly stay again.
A couple of incidents occurred, an airport transfer failed to take place, reception were asked to provide their first aid kit after my partner cut her finger but insufficient action was taken.
That being said, the management took sufficient remedial action to ensure our stay went smoothly and we were compensated by complimentary services and other items for our trouble.

Location, breakfast menu
Mattress too hard , pillow not comfortable, bell guys not even try to help with suitcases , very busy talking to each others. Room cleaning was few times too late .

Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was perfect — very convenient, close to everything, and ideal for exploring the area.
The room was very small, with hardly any space for a bag or comfortable movement. The air conditioning was also inconvenient, as it kept automatically resetting to 25°C, which made the room far too warm.
