Extra beds can be assembled in garage, (one double and 2 single beds) This involves wheeling a dinghy on a trailer outside and the BBQ, rolling out a carpet and setting up the beds. (But only suitable in summer months) Extra's over 6 only by special arrangement with the manager. A tent may be pitched on the lawn over the summer months, but extra charges would apply for the extra persons. An extra's over the 6 need to be approved by the property manager along with the owners of the property. Dogs no longer allowed at the property. Washing machine and clothes dryer. Bath with shower over. Microwave, fridge, freezer. Pot-belly fireplace and firewood. TV, No smoking. Must take your own linen including sheets, pillowslips, towels, and tea towels.
