This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious home is located in a quiet residential area just one mile from Coast Guard Beach in lovely North Truro. The home has had numerous updates. Kitchen was completely renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, new tile flooring and all new stainless appliances in 2024. Appointed with comfy furnishings, the living room was updated with a new Crate and Barrel sectional and 2 new swivel chairs for ample seating. The w/d is located in hallway bathroom for convenience. Mini split A/C was installed throughout the home in 2023. Situated on a very private 1/2 acre in beautiful North Truro this home is truly special. Towels, pillows, quilts and blankets are provided, guest are required to provide their own sheets or you can inquire about a service to have them delivered to the home prior to your arrival and collected at the end of your stay for a fee. Primary bedroom en-suite is situated with a new queen bed (2025) bureau, TV and A/C. Primary bathroom features a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom off the hallway has a tub/shower combo, tiled floor, double vanity and a W/D. The spacious kitchen has all new stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing your meals. Dining table will seat 8 people with an additional dining table in the open living room which is perfect for board games or additional dining. The French doors off of the dining area open up to the deck that is appointed with table and chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. There is a new (2024) outdoor shower just off of the deck. Large fenced yard for your enjoyment The family room is very spacious with comfy furnishings including a Crate and Barrel sectional, comfy chairs, and flat screen TV with Direct TV offering all the premium channels. The home has A/C throughout for your comfort on those hot summer days. There is laundry, wifi and parking for 4 cars. Don't miss out, book this home now for your carefree vacation. Great home close to ocean, Highland Links Golf Course and bay beaches. Enjoy long walks on one of the nearby National seashore trails, or evening strolls on one of the many beaches that are nearby. The backyard is fenced making this the perfect vacation home for those traveling with a dog. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Everything was perfect. House was spacious and cozy. Kitchen beautifully updated. Everything spotless. Backyard was like a perfect playground. We were going back and forth from corn hill bay and highland beach. Biking on road and trail perfect. The Cape is my happy place and this house made it happier.

This lovely home in a super quiet neighborhood was absolutely perfect for our needs! It is spacious, super comfortable, and really well kept. Our friends really appreciated the huge fenced in backyard which their two dogs loved! We came to the Cape to primarily bike, and the house’s location near the Province Lands and Cape Cod Rail Trails was ideal. While riding near the home, we even discovered a trail that lead to nearby Head of the Meadow Beach. All four of us agreed that we would stay there again!

Most of this house is in great shape, though the kitchen and its equipment desperately need updating. The location is wonderful, assuming you’re looking for Truro’s solitude. The house is missing some basics for a typical Cape rental, like beach chairs and beach towels. There are two automatic coffee makers, yet just three teaspoons, no tea kettle and no lobster crackers. The cleaning/maintenance staff should make sure there are working light bulbs in all the lamps (espy hard-to-access ones like above the kitchen sink and in the en-suite shower).
There are several other details that need attention as well, but with these simple
matters are addressed, I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
