I loved that it felt like a cosy, family-style hotel but was still run very professionally. Location was perfect, around 3-5 mins walk from the outlets. The rooms were spotless and the towels were clean and super fluffy. Staff, especially Kitty, were always polite and ready to help with anything. The lift was a huge plus too - made getting my heavy luggage up to the room so much easier.
There was no hot water kettle in the room

Very friendly welcome when we arrived. Parked at the front door, offered free coffee and taken to our room. Room much larger than expected, was fresh and clean. The receptionist came to me with a map of the area to show our location- really very attentive and professional and the hotel really offered value for money.

We had to be in the neighbourhood, we didnt come for shopping but the shops are on walking distance. The welcome of the staff was wonderfull, and the nice lady even walked us to our room to explain light switches etc. The room was spacy, the bathroom nice, and everything was SO CLEAN. The bed was fantastic and so were the pillows.
breakfast was nice, but a bit basic for the 19 euro per person.
