The placement. It is 5 minutes from the city’s main attraction, the fortress. The bathroom almost bigger than the bedroom.
The room was in the front of a very busy road. The AC unit is an old one, not enough cooling power, yet too much noise. And the mattresses, very used no resting possibility. The breakfast wasn’t either spectacular.

Exceptional location, right on the outside of the Citadel and a short walk from a bunch of delicious places to eat
Beautifully kept, quiet, private space. Lots of room. Big windows and a terrace that we loved

Hosts were very accommodating
They had an issue with their AC system during a heat wave! Despite this, the hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable, buying a fan for our room and gifting a cold bottle of wine. They also let us use their washing machine when the nearby laundry mat was closed.
The double mattress was sloped slightly from the center--we think due to the frame. But we've had worse beds in Romania.

Secure parking. The electric shutters were superb kept the room very dark. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
Bed was soft, but that's personal preference
