The check person was very rude and unkind she was rude right from the beginning I came in with smiles and ready to enjoy my stay the other staff was great I don’t remember her name but I checked in that Friday the 7th around 6:09 my name is Bridgett Rutledge room 408 I’ve never experienced such rude behavior I just was trying to hurry up and get through checking in I spoke with two other employees to let them know that I had experienced a bad situation they were very kind and said that they were sorry I originally asked for management but wasn’t there I’m just shocked by the treatment that I received this was supposed to be a joyful welcome and it wasn’t
