Nice room, nice bed, nice coffee

Saya selalu menginap di hotel ini ketika ke Jakarta. breakfastnya terdapat coffe machine. kasur dan bantalnya sangat nyaman. Lokasi hotel cukup strategis dan cukup dekat dengan mall-mall besar di Jakarta.

saluran airnya agak kurang lancar karena konstruksi lantai kamar mandi yang kurang miring ke arah saluran air.

Kæmpe valuta for pengene, ville absolut vælge dette hotel igen.

Super fint hotel, rent, pænt, venligt personale, dejligt værelse på 7 etage. Tæt på shopping, mad og café. Der er trafik støj men det kan man ikke undgå i Jakarta. Køleskab og kaffe/te muligheder på værelset samt 2 gratis flasker med vand alle dage, god service. Anwar var helt særlig.

Morgenmaden er meget asia, vi spiste toastbrød alle dage. Det er meget støj og mange mennesker på samme tid.

I enjoyed my stay but the facility falls short of holiday inn International standards

The breakfast is ok, the rooms are big enough, the stuff is very welcoming and helpful

The bathrooms need renovation as some walls are dented, sinks broken, TVs not working or having poor signal connection which compromise image quality,

Exceptional

The staff were very friendly, helpful and majority of them spoke very good English. Our room was spacious and the beds comfy. Clean rooms, however if you want to be picky, there are few little areas that would require improvement and fixing, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Great hotel, awesome location, highly recommended.

The room was amazing, I asked for a nice view and the reception gave us the front city view. I could watch the sunset, and Jakarta's amazing skyline. Bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. Room was big and I love the lightings and the big TV as well, they didn't hurt my eyes when I work on my laptop. Love the working desk too! Breakfast was great, the coffee machine was a nice touch. The breakfast team was awesome, full of smile and always happy to help. We will be back for sure.

Staff was very helpful and polite! They made the stay even better! Hotel was very clean.

The breakfast did not have everything if you don’t eat rice for breakfast. Maybe more bread and fruit options would help.

It's alright, an average had better expectations duo to it's name.

It's ok to sleep in and do the basics. 1- Tidy 2- AC was good 3- Had locker 4- Small fridge 5- Wide shower area 6- Good area to do ur laundry which is open 24/7, was hoping u could pay extra fee and make it done by someone else. 7- 24/7 gym access, you have few cardio equipment, and weights up to 20kg/40pound, still alright to get ur pump in and it looks new and clean.

1- Sheets weren't as clean and white as it should be 2- Bed was fine not that comfortable, just a basic one. So when you see the reviews dont have high hopes. 3- Only 2 bath towels were provided, and the one u use in floor, that's it. So no face, or hand towels. 4- You don't feel fresh scent inside the room, duo to water leakage maybe. 5- Location seems to be far from everything I needed. 6- The toilet seat seems outdated and disgusting compared to the high reviews and the brand name hotel. 7- No room service. 8- No microwave.

Checking in was fast and smooth.

Room was clean, size was just nice for 2 pax, enough toiletries. Buffet breakfast was fairly good, but staff was awesome, especially Anwar, he was really serving the extra mile.. We were going to a 4AM church service, didnt have time to grab bfast, he packed croissant for us to bring. You guys are blessed to have him in your team!

Handshower was leaking, but we could turn it off so no issue at all.
