Very good

Location very good, big mall right next to it. Room and shower were good.

No need to book breakfast, because it was not very good. I didn't expect breakfast to be brought in a box to the room. Turns out there is no restaurant for breakfast at the hotel.

Will never return. Period.

problems with the room but housekeeping staffs were responsive when called

Booked a NON-SMOKING room, fully prepaid the reservation (non-refundable). On arrival, the only available room was a SMOKING room. The room smelled bad too. Dirty air-conditioning No view from the room. Room felt stuffy despite the indicated size.

Non smoking rooms that REEKED of cigarette smell since other guests freely smoking in their room!

I like the location, next to the shopping mall. The room size is quite big, the bathroom is clean. everything looks fine just by the look of the room alone. the water pressure in the bathroom is great. the wifi was OK

- the rooms spanned in one big floor, only M floor. NO SMOKING, but beware it smell full of cigarette!!! Hard to breathe! - the bed is not comfortable, soft and feels old - the breakfast is best describe as edible - no view to the outside, just fake garden inside the building, but it was okay

it was clean the first time i stayed here

-found a cockroach next to my bed!!! -the air con is leaking and all my items was wet on the table -the toilet's door is stuck and i can't closed it properly -waiting for about 15 minutes for security to open the rope in parking, then i called the reception hotel to ask them to open it for me

Overall, good to stay, but aircon problem has to be solved

Room is spacious and clean, relatevily new. Mall with different cafes nearby. Welcoming staff. Pretty quiet.

Very slow Wi-Fi No windows Nowhere to go, nearby neighbourhood is poor and looks dangerous Laundry service is free and unmonitored; someone stopped dryer, took off my still wet clothes and replaced them with his. Aircon ventilators are placed on top of the room floor, seems like something has broken. Every half an hour or so, depending on aircon use by other guests, those ventilators were turning on, working for about 5-10 minutes and then stopping with very, and i mean very, loud bang-like noise, like the fan was hitting something. Problem perstisted through the nights.

Cozy Hotel at heart of Business District Jatinegara

Although not a more than 3 star hotel, they have a nice service and spacious room and toilet. More than we expect, the hallway also spaciups and good design interior.

nice place for a short stay, good value for money

free washing machine and dryer including the provided detergent, the room was nice, free water when we asked for it

cigarette smell in the hallway, dangerous location (told by local taxi driver) - but conveniently close to the train station

Nice Hotel next to the mall

kind staff, comfortable beds, really clean, coffee and tea in the bedroom, nice desk to work, very close to the hotel with lots of options of restaurants

if you are visiting Jakarta for tourism is a bit far from main attractions (40-50 minutes) and a bit far from airport (1hour)

The area of the hotel bit messy in some way. Not advisable to walk alone at night (woman solo traveller)

Very good

A very comfortable stay with good beds and hot water. Located next to a shopping centre with lots of food options. Breakfast is standard chicken and rice.

It's in the shopping mall. Thats It.

Poor Hygiene & Maintenance. Room full of mosquitos & Insects. Repeated requests for Insect Spray. But no advantage. Poor Breakfast, served in the room.

Very poor

The personnel is very friendly, although they gave us a smoking room without asking. Since we arrived completely smashed in the middle of the night we did not had the energy to go out of bed again and ask for a room change. But it was disappointing that they put you in a smoking room without even asking.

The hotel is very sketchy and noisy. We heard very strange noises coming from other rooms on our floor . Not sure what was happening there. Would not stay here another night.

Some area in the corridor was smelly, it would better to have air freshener every corner.

- The hotel is beside / one building to the City plaza Jatinegara, which is easy to find the foods and other stuff in the mall/supermarket available in City Plaza Jatinegara. - Available self laundry

- The bathroom door made from glasses and without lock, the kids can open it during shower or during defecate - No swimming pool. - No breakfast available / no restaurants - The room size with double bed is not big as Single bed.
