The place is nice and clean, and the staff are very kind and helpful, especially the young man who speaks English. He helped me with everything. If the owner is reading this, he deserves a raise. He alone is a great reason to stay here and come back.
...but, having said all the good things, I have to mention that the location is not great. There is nothing interesting nearby, and the street where the hotel is located is very dirty and has a bad smell. If you're planning to get around by taxi, it's not a problem. However, if you want to take the bus, there's no way to avoid walking to the station through that street. Fortunately, taxis are cheap.
Also, the breakfast is single dish, not buffet. They have the facilities to have buffet.

Perfect location if you need to catch an early train at Jatinegara station, it's at walking distance.
Staff was very friendly. There is a mall next to the hotel with restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel itself also has a small vending machine with some snacks and instant noodles.
Comfortable room, clean bathroom.
Sometimes at night some sounds from other rooms could be heard
