The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good.

The air conditioner in the pool area was not working. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable and a lot of chlorine smell.

How clean it was

When we entered our first room it had a horrible smell I just could not tolerate but the young man at the front desk did accommodate us by switching our room with no hesitation at all.
