Estupenda instalación pero con casi nula atención lo

La ubicación inmejorable, está en pleno centro historico de Ronda, a un minuto del tajo. Muy silencioso, no se escucha nada la calle a pesar de estar en zona turistica con muchos bares y muy concurrida. La limpieza excelente y muy bien equipado. El acceso al apartamento a la llegada muy comodo, sin contratiempos.

Las camas demasiado blandas, nos hundiamos en el centro de ella, creo que necesitaría un cambio de colchones urgente. También comentar que en todas partes hay un telefono para llamar en caso de necesitar algo y estuvimos un dia entero llamando y no nos atendió nadie hasta la mañana siguiente. Servicio de consigna poco resolutivo, no nos dió fiabilidad y lo dejamos en otro hotel de la zona

This apartment fits our needs.

Excellent location - Puente Nuevo is 2 min walk away! Close to lots of restaurants, shops and a Carrefour Express. Spacious rooms Spotless. Large kitchen, including a full size fridge. AC in the living room and the master bed room (but not the 2nd bed room) This large 2 bedroom apartment would be a very comfortable home even for a long-term stay.

The 2nd bed room needs a ceiling fan or any fan. It is too hot there. Ours was an interior unit. There is no airflow. Wi-Fi was horrible. We could only get connection in the living room. Even there, 80% of time we got connection errors or “wrong password” messages. In other words, this apartment is not suitable for “digital nomads”. Parking is tough - we ended up parking our car north of Hotel Reina, which was like 12 min away. The host was not very communicative. I wish that Booking.com showed photos specific to a particular unit. There are lots of rental units in this building and there is no easy way for travelers to anticipate before arrival.

Good location. Terrible manager.

The linear apartment was large, clean and functional. Its location, 100m from the bridge and viewpoints was exceptional.

However..... dealing with the manager was terrible. He was rude, condescending and impatient. For 45 mins we tried to turn the key in the lock of our apartment 1D. It wasn't working. Messages in Booking and Whatsapps were ignored. It was only when I called I finally got a response and his tone was insulting... and I qoute him. "You can knock on the door to any neighbor and help you. It took us a long time to come. A door is quite simple to open". Then there was the Whatsapps video of him turning a key in a lock!. It was not until I insisted that he move us another apartment that we had any success with resolving the situation. Afterwards, there was no apology, no follow up, and no concern. And by the way, the air con doesn't reach the bedroom, so sleeping will be hot and airless.

Great stay!

Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and perfect location for exploring the area.

Was not able to communicate with staff. My phone does not make international calls and no one answered my messages through booking. Also, would have liked instructions for using the stove.

Could not get into the apartment the first night

It was not possible to get into the apartment and nobody really helped us, so we had to go to a hotel for the first night. The owner tried to say it was our fault that we did not get the code to get in, but the next day we saw that the apartment had been occupied. The women who cleaned were really nice and helped us. Until now we did not get back the money for the night we had to go to a (of course more expensive) hotel.

Loved the location. Right in the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants, amenities, supermarket.

Clean, great location, bath tub, decor & size of apartment.

Beds & pillows were a bit uncomfortable. It was advertised as having air conditioning and although it did have an air conditioning in the living room there are no air conditionings or fans in the bedrooms. We did not sleep very well due to being extremely hot. I think that that needs to be stated more clearly in the ad. The kitchen is not stocked with everything advertised. We did eventually get a few items brought to us the second day but we were only there two nights. If you are from out of the country and cannot call locally the only way of getting in touch is through booking.com during normal hours. I really think if you are going to have holiday rentals you should have a WhatsApp number for people from out of the country. It is a bit noisy at times but that is understandable due to the location.

Amazing location, great price super comfortable stay.

Super location right in the centre near the main bridge, comfy beds clean apartment with wifi. Easy check in/out with instructions and lockbox.

Only a note to future guests the keys have a trick to them, need to pull the door slightly towards yourself.

Great place in the city next to main attractions. The apartment building is on a street of restaurants, but it is quiet inside.

Couldn't park the car anywhere near, but the location is worth the walk.

Proximity was amazing, and the size of the apartment was massive with plenty of space.

Separate Pillows for the double bed would be nice. Could be better cutlery especially knives for cooking as well as lids for the pots but otherwise everything was fine.

Not clean. Multiple hairs on the pillows when we arrived. Black mold on the shower ceiling. Bathroom smelled of urine.

Perfect location, value for money

The apartements are in the perfect location, just a few steps from puerta nuevo. They spacious with big rooms, kitchen, bathroom. The price was great for what was offered The owners were very helpfull.

The beds are a bit old and have bad quality matresses. Plus the double beds are 140cm.

Great location, mediocre amenities.

The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, hiking, old town, etc. The apartment was also very clean. I appreciated having a washing machine and clothesline to dry.

The kitchen was inadequately stocked for cooking— no spatulas, coffee maker, toaster, scissors, only one sharp knife, etc. Bedrooms were small and the layout is awkward. Host was not always responsive to messages sent. Also, be aware that there is no WiFi in the apartment.

one night would work as the location is great but if you want to cook or actually stay a few days I’d choose a different

light in master bedroom flickered all night long (it as turned off) no response to multiple emails from host very few kitchen supplies - no knife at all for cutting fruit or veggies washing machine didn’t work kitchen light has a “trick” to turn on furniture was very beaten up master bed was pretty squishy

Location was good. There were also a small bedroom with a heater, so that became the warm room I stayed in as rest was freezing cold.

Cold, missing basic kitchen things, knives to cut with etc. Weirdly planned apartment. For 1 or 2 people ok, but wouldn't be more.

Good location and that's the only good thing.

1. Dirty bed sheets with blood stains, yellow stains 2. No contact with stuff, tried calling no answer. 3. Just one towel for all four of us 4. TV not working 5. Dirty kitchen with dirty utensils

Disappointing

Very good location.

Apartment was very cold, there was only one electric radiator, but there was 3 bedrooms. Air condition didn't heat. There was no towels at all.

Nice studio in great location

Cozy studio in great location. Easy check-in.

It is a studio, not apartment. More emphasize of cleaning is needed. Air conditioner isn't suitable for winter.
