Such a disappointing experience.

We were really excited to visit Ronda and from the pictures to stay in this apartment. It was a special Birthday celebration and supposed to be a 3 day trip. The location of this apartment is wonderful, so close to the centre and everything you would want to see. Wonderful restaurant across the road, Gastro bar MK.

Unfortunately the facilities were not ok. There were three of us and the weather was hot. After arriving at the property we tried to use the shower to freshen up. There was one shower door missing, the hose had to be held as the stand was broken, the nozzle didn’t work properly and it was not clean enough for use. Really not good enough when renting out an apartment. A shower is a basic need and it was not usable. We had to change property and messaged the host the next morning to cancel the next nights stay. The host was not apologetic, very blunt and refused to refund for night we did not stay.

Terrazza spaziosa dove poter fare colazione

La struttura si trova in una strada a traffico limitato in cui non è possibile accedere con la macchina. Ovviamente questo non è un problema se ben specificato.
