Convenient and comfortable, with a couple of flaws.

This was my second stay at this accommodation. The house was spacious and clean. It was very convenient to a large shopping center. The bed shower kitchen etc were very clean and comfortable. The secure private parking gave me peace of mind.

I stayed for 5 days and the wifi didn't work at all during that time (the same situation as with my previous trip). The pots and pans, that I had used for my stay the previous year, had seen better days - they made me decide not to cook this time.

Avoid! Beware - some fraud is happening here, don't know if it is booking.com or the property.

I used this property as a temporary stay to start working at my current workplace. Instead of booking this I should have just stayed in hotels and change them.

- Weird cleaning fees. - Either booking.com or the property itself stole 300+ dollars from my credit card and refuse providing any explanation for it or refunding it. - Very dirty. There are spider webs everywhere, some stuff stuck to the ceiling, the light covers are used as insect traps and never cleaned, unwashed dishes and some strange smoking devices from previous inhabitants, a wall power point ripped out and clearly is a safety hazard. That is what "cleaning fee" is used for. - If you have a plan to cook there, better forget about it or drive straight to ikea to get the pots and pans. What is there is either picked from the street garbage, or used to the level of unusability and then kindly provided for the tenants in this property. - Moving in and out with a car is nuisance. - DO NOT EVEN THINK USING THIS PROPERTY WITH CHILDREN - NOT CHILD-SAFE! Check photos and that wall power point. - Crazy neighbours behind the fence, but you can't do anything about it. The dog barking, the family drama evolving, the buses and lorries are running 24 hours a day just by your window. You will not sleep. - The property owner or manager are not on-site. They are somewhere - in Queensland, in Sydney, on Mars, wherever. If you have problems, you are on your own and at your own expense, there will be no help. I managed to forget the key in my home in Melbourne, I had to hire a locksmith and the property owner over the phone tried to cheat me into making a copy of the key for her. The good thing is now I know a good local locksmith. - Please check the photos. - Again, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING IT.

Good location esp if using public transport. Very clean and comfortable.

Good location, opposite large shopping centre and bus exchange. Clean comfortable rooms with full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Netflix and WiFi only worked for 1st night. Host tried to fix it but no luck. Not critical for us as we were out a lot but also no discount given! Noisy in loungeroom as on main road but bedroom was fine. No good cutting knives, all like steak knives.

Very well maintained and well located unit with an excellent host. I would love to stay here again.

The location of this unit is excellent .Right across the road from the Marion shopping centre and close to Flinders Medical Centre. Bus stops nearby. The unit itself is well equiped and maintained well. The host is very approachable, polite and helpful. She responds to messages promptly.

The unit is right on Sturt Road so can be a a bit noisy, however, this didn't bother me much as I was there only after 5 pm , after work.

Pleasant

The location is great and very close to Westfield shopping mall. You can get there on foot.

On arrival, we were forbidden to check in early even though we had driven 6 hours from Victoria for the medical purpose. We were told to walk around where all the shops were closed due to the public holiday. we didn't feel welcome. We have been travelling to many places and we had no problem with any hotels/motels/accommodations early check in. This is disappointing.

Awesome location for Westfield Marion and SAALC. Very responsive host.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The unit is well equipped with plenty of kitchen ware and a comfortable bed. Toiletries and cleaning items were very generous. Shopping Centre is opposite, like 200 m away. The unit is close to the beach and 10 km to the city centre.

The internet connection was very weak. You had to connect through your own phone wi-fi. The road was quite busy, close to an intersection.

Exceptional

Extremely clean and comfortable accomodation. As a one bedroom unit it had everything I needed + many extras. A fabulous location right opposite the Marion shopping centre with a variety of buses stopping in the street outside

Cute little place

Location and hospitality was amazing right across the road from Marion plaza and the owner was amazing she even came and picked me up from the bus depot upon arriving in Adelaide to save me getting an uber.

It was a little bit noisy at night being right next to a major intersection....lots of ambulance sirens. Obviously no fault of the hosts who was a lovely ladie

Very clean and comfortable. Close to shops and nearby club.

Nowhere to really put our bags except on the floor. No storage in the bedroom. Traffic a bit noisy at times.
