Great location, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Small grocery store with all essentials just down the block. Easy walk to lakefront activities, bus and train stations. Spacious interior with high ceilings - plenty of room for 6 adults. Washer & dryer were also a big plus. The kitchen is small, but workable, with range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle and nespresso machine. Dishwasher tablets were supplied, and there were enough assorted plates, cups, glassware and eating utensils on hand for a large family meal.
Property is advertised as air conditioned, but only 3 of four bedrooms have a/c units, and only one a/c unit in living room, which is inadequate to cover living room, dining room and kitchen space. In addition, all a/c units are restricted to 25C/77F, which barely cools the bedrooms in the mid-August heat we encountered.,especially given the high ceilings. You must keep the bedroom doors shut to keep them reasonably cool. The manager did quickly bring a requested fan for the bedroom with no a/c, which helped for that room. As also noted in other reviews, the entire home is mostly lit with small lamps, so some areas feel dark at night. It is bright during the day, as there are many windows. Also, as others have noted, the bathroom doors do not lock. Cookware and cooking utensils are a mashup of mostly well-worn items that could use replacing and there are no sharp knives for meal prep.

Love every aspect of it! The 4 bedrooms, the 3 complete bathrooms. The space, the natural light. The quietness despite being very centric located. The location itself, the safety, the building, the decoration. Everything was absolutely beautiful.

Geräumig und hat es gefallen
Das Apartment war während unseres Aufenthalts deutlich zu kalt, sodass wir uns in der Nacht sogar erkältet haben. Nachdem wir gemeldet haben, dass es zu kalt ist, kam die Eigentümerin vorbei und hat den Thermostat etwas höher eingestellt. Dennoch war es in der darauffolgenden Nacht weiterhin viel zu kalt.
Zusätzlich befindet sich der Thermostat in einer verschlossenen Box, sodass wir die Temperatur selbst nicht regulieren konnten. Dadurch hatten wir keine Möglichkeit, die Situation eigenständig zu verbessern.
