Lovely modern apartment in the centre of como, 5 min walk from the lake

Excellent Location Very Spacious Apartment

Very spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and Netflix.

Having to sign a contract, the internal stairs to the apartment and no ironing board.

Nice location but not for summer stay

It‘s super clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen and big bathroom.

Air conditioning was very poor, set on 17 degrees but still didn’t work properly, only warm wind came out. Was sweating while sleeping which was very uncomfortable in the weather. Also saw some comments on the air con in 2024 already so looks like it hasn’t been fixed yet after a long time:( not a good place to stay in summer

Nice place for a short stop over, though a bit pricy which is not a surprise for this location

Great central location, very nice and clean place. Communication with the host was always easy and helpful.

In the night it was a bit noisy because of the bars and restaurants, AC couldn’t cool out the place properly and we also missed some small things in the kitchen that could make our short stay more comfortable (e.g. oil for cooking, tea / coffee etc).

E aproape de centru, restaurante, transport public

Apartamentul nu a fost pregătit pentru sosirea a patru persoane. Nu era lengerie de pat pe una din canapele, nici prosoabe. Prima zi am dormit pe saltea. Foarte urît din partea proprietarului. Locația e galagioasă, căci se află chiar peste un restaurant și într-o stradelă cu mulți turiști.
