This fully furnished and air conditioned villa with sleeping capacity of 10 persons offers the ultimate in luxury, high aesthetics, modern design and comfort to meet the needs of the most demanding visitors. Only metres from unspoiled sand-covered beaches with crystal clear waters (the closest beach being a mere 350 metres away) and set in a lush green surrounding with stunning views, our villa creates the ideal setting to relax spending memorable moments by the pool and the BBQ, or to explore the many interesting sights nearby with short escapes. With such attractive draws as the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus and the picturesque town of Nafplio, former capital of the Greek state, just an hour’s drive away, a stay in this villa will surely be a memorable experience.
In our villa we prioritise our guests’ health, conforming by Greek and International standards to ensure their safety during their stay at our villas. In compliance with the recommendations of the Health Authorities for protection against COVID-19, prior to every check-in we disinfect our premises and commonly touched surfaces using mild chlorine bleach or steam cleaners at 120 degrees. We also allow 24 hour airing-out time between our rentals, minimize contact during welcome and check-in and provide our guests with complimentary disinfection liquid to cover their needs throughout their stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in the Kosta area near Porto Heli! The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for our whole family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy to enjoy both quiet moments and time together.The pool was a huge highlight clean, well-maintained, and ideal for cooling off after a day in the sun. The outdoor spaces were equally inviting, with gorgeous views and peaceful surroundings that made it hard to leave.The location is fantastic and close to Porto Heli, yet tucked away enough to feel private and tranquil. The hosts were kind and responsive, making sure everything was just right from the moment we arrived.We would absolutely come back. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the Greek Riviera!

The hosts were quick to respond and gave us so many wonderful recommendations on beaches and restaurants. The house was lovely, clean and cool!! Very comfortable and close to amazing beaches.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 2 familles. La villa est spacieuse et la piscine très bien. un barbecue pour griller les poissons et manger entre amis. le Port de Kostas est tout proche pour passer une journée sur l'ile de Spetses. Théo a été formidable pour nous accueillir répondre à nos questions sur la région et nous aider à organiser une partie de pêche.
