I loved the space
The stairs to the bedrooms.

Historic building dating back to 1815 in the heart of Cupar. Converted to modern standards whilst respecting the history.
There's a fair few level of stairs with the property starting on the 1st floor and then a couple of flights of stairs to the bedrooms.
Comfy stay with a very spacious and high ceiling lounge.

No toilets downstairs that one can use. Other than that it was lovely

Beautiful building, tastefully decorated
I may have missed this on the description but we had not expected so many steep stairs. It was inconvenient not to have a toilet on the same level as the sitting room and if there had been people sleeping on the living room bed-settee they would have had to use the en-suite facilities in someone else's room. Finally our bedroom looked over the main street which on the Friday night was extremely noisy and we could not sleep for traffic and revellers noise. Appreciate it's an old building which can't have double-glazing but it really was very loud.
