This amazing property is located in a private gated community in the hills of La Sierra mountain range in Caguas--a town just 25 minutes from San Juan.This beautiful home nods to hacienda traditions but incorporates modern touches a basketball court, a pool table, a bar room, a sun deck, a private jacuzzi in the masters bedroom with mountain views, a fountain adorned entrance driveway, and cable. Every bedroom has an ac unit. Guest Access Come enjoy an amazing time in the beautiful Hacienda Campo Verde. You'll have the entire property to enjoy-- the basketball court, pool table, bar. Sip wine from the two story terrace surrounded by nature and the breath-taking mountain views of the central range mountains. Tell us what you'd enjoy, and we'll set it up perfect for your arrival. Campo Verde is a beautifully decorated 4,900 sq/ft villa. It's a 4 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds sleeps up to 9 guest. The open concept living room & dinning room will allow you to look out at the gorgeous views of La Sierra mountain range. There are 2 balconies, a large open TV room/living , an open kitchen with an island-- you'll love this house. While this house is in the mountains top notch restaurants, hiking and everything PR has to offer are within a short drive. The airport is 45min from the house, Condado beach is only 30 min, Palmas del Mar beach is 45 min to the east side, while taking the ferry in Fajardo to Vieques or Culebra will only take about 55 minutes. Interaction with Guests I'll be available for you 24/7 to make your stay at Campo Verde unforgettable. Check in is done remotely following the new Tourism department guidelines. The Neighborhood The neighborhood is a great, safe, gated community with security guards at the gate and guards making constant rounds. Every neighbor is very respectful to each other and very nice. Getting around It is necessary to rent a car**. The house is located 18 miles from Condado- San Juan. Public transportation on the island doesn't work as well as it does in larger US cities. Large families will be able to fit up to 5 Cars in our driveway & garage. There's also more parking in the back if needed. House Rules There's simple basic rules, no smoking or fireworks inside the house, don't break anything and everything will be great.

Very much enjoyed the location. For what the place offered, it was inexpensive. Had a large living and kitchen area. Huge patio right by the living area for hanging out, exceptionally good during the days when it was windy and relaxing. Lower patio has a large space we rarely used, EXCEPT for the pool room outside. Bedrooms were great and each had their own PTAC unit for cooling.
The only complaint, if any, would be that there is no AC in the living areas outside of the bedrooms. But, with it likely being a remodel, it made sense. Even during the heat wave while we were there, the wind blowing through on the patio kept us comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you have a group of 4 or more.

Lovely Home
This house is located in a beautiful Gated community. Super spacious and clean. The owner was accommodating. The dining area and living room are somewhat dark in the evenings because there are no ceiling lights. It’s a bit tricky to figure out what light switch belonged to their respective light. The house could use some updating, but overall a lovely and comfortable experience.

Played a little basketball, enjoyed a few games on the pool table and slept in the hammock with the best view ever! Locals were great and even more waking up every morning in the mountains was breath taking. Would do it again!

Great Family Vacation

BEST Experience EVER!!!!
We stayed here for my Cousin's 30th birthday and it was AMAZING!!! the pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. Gigi is a wonderful communicator and was so helpful in telling us where to go and what to do to enjoy ourselves. We had to drive a ways everyday to get to San Juan, and thanks to Gigi we were prepared for the traffic and everything. We really loved the entire experience and cannot wait to go back. Would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful get away!!

Great House for a Family Vacation
This review is long overdue. First off, I stayed at the property in July 2015. My dad is from Caguas so it was nice to stay in his hometown and not too far from our family lives in PR. This place was very spacious (had a party of 11), it was comfortable, and it looked even better in person. Gigi helped us get to the property from the airport and she gave us plenty of tips for sightseeing. Don't forget to visit David's up the street for some good pizza. Everyone was so happy that we stayed at this property and cant wait to return.

awesome house and awesome host
honestly this photos do not do this house any justice. the house itself is breathtaking. Gigi was great and very helpful. It was my first trip ever out of the states and I cannot wait to go back. This house is great for a large family. Everything worked- most importantly the AC worked great. Gigi checked in on us and had great advice on where to go both during the daytime and nighttime. When we moved in she took the time to laugh it up with us and hip us to some great things around and also make us feel like at home.

WOW is all I have to say
I have to say that this house was the most beautiful house I have ever seen. Coming from living in a big city this was a great change. I myself travel a lot and this was by far the best trip. Shout out to Gigi for being great and on top of it all. She was very punctual with time and very detailed. The house is huge but with the right people it feels like home. the scenery is great and at night you hear all the coquis- which is awesome. The pool table and basketball court was perfect for my boys and I. There where nights that we opted to just stay in and enjoy. Bathrooms everywhere! I hate waking up early but with this house I was excited to wake up. My friends girlfriend had a blast cooking in the kitchen especially because she had everything she needed. the porch is beautiful and HUGE. There is a great place up the street that Gigi recommended- a bakery and OMG there ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches where AMAZING. Very easy to navigate through and get on highway

MOST AMAZING HOUSE EVER
Let me first say that our stay here at this house was awesome! Gigi was great from the start and throughout the whole stay. She answered all of our questions and was very detailed. The day we moved into the house she was very patient and took her time with us and giving us a tour of the house. The house itself is beautiful and I must say these pictures do it no justice. The view is great and the rooms where all very spacious and very well kept. We where able to do laundry and cook our own dinner. IT had everything from beach towels to games to everything needed in the kitchen! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The community itself is beautiful as well.

Recently stayed with a large group of guys. Gianna is an amazing and greatful host. She is on point with everything. The house is nothing short amazing. "Sprawling" is an understatement! Never felt cramped and felt like a king in a castle. I'm excited to know where I'm staying on my next trip to this beautiful island!

Absolutely Beautiful
My friends and I (group of 12) rented out this property for 5 days, for my 21st birthday. The house looked exactly like the pictures, the backyard view was absolutely amazing. Every part of the house was beautiful. We had more than enough room and bedding for every person. The location is located up a mountain in Caguas, it's a 35-40 minute drive to San Juan depending on traffic, which there was occasionally. I had the master bedroom, however the bathroom lights didn't work, it was fine in the day time because it has a lot of natural lighting, but we weren't able to use it at night. The owner Gianna came to change the bulbs but it seemed to be a breaker problem. It didn't bother us too much because there was enough bathrooms in the house. Gianna was very nice and easy to reach, she sent us locations around the area that we can go eat at, drink, party...etc.Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back here again!

The home was beautiful, as was the excellent service. We were well attended by the lovely Gianna who gave us the best recommendations of things to do. The house was huge, we played pool, we shot some hoops, the rooms were spacey clean and welcoming. It's really a beautiful home.

The best place ever!!!! Just bask in the ambience
My sister found this wonderful amazing house there were 5 of us and I absolutely loved staying in the home. I travel and stayed in hotels but no more this house was so comfortable, fully-furnished it had everything we needed an more. This was the nicest I have ever seen and rates is a fantastic deal. Gianna was wonderful she has created a space far above and beyond a typical home all you want to do is bask in the ambience of it all. This is a great location with easy access in and out of the city as well. I can't imagine any hotel could compare to this home. I had a hard time leaving so I will just have to come back. Cheers to Gianna for such a great experience from Luis in Tacoma Washington.

Loved it!
This house was incredible. Very large with beautiful views of mountains and lots of greenery. We really enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks on the terrace. Gianna was a wonderful host and was available via text message and phone during our whole stay. She answered all of our questions and responded promptly to any questions we had. She even sent us google map "pins" to the nearest stores, restaurants, and beaches.
The house advertised having wifi, but the wifi was very unreliable. We all had US cell phones so our data worked and this wasn't a huge inconvenience, but is worth mentioning. Gianna was actively working to fix this while we were there.
The only downside to the location of the house is that is was a little farther away from attractions then what we were expecting. There is also a lot of traffic at almost all hours of the day so just expect travel times to take a bit longer. It was very nice to come back to this house after our long days of exploring and Puerto Rican driving.
Our family enjoyed the time that we spent in the house and would definitely return. You won't want to leave this place!

The Best Place to Stay in Puerto Rico
This is a fantastic place to stay and we are planning to return every year. The house is well cared for, clean, quiet, and beautiful. It is safely established in an upscale gated community. There are lovely well maintained houses in this property and there is enough property between houses for complete privacy.
This house has a light-filled open sense and there are a variety of group and private areas to meet any needs, We were a large group of people and always were comfortable in being together or finding individual quiet space.
The house is located near main roads and we could easily access any part of the island Every day we looked forward to our adventures, and at the end of the day, really looked forward to coming back to Caguas. This house is so warm and inviting that it quickly became our home away from home and we enjoyed every minute we spent there.
Gianna, the owner, provided exceptional service. She made herself available from the moment we arrived at the airport and was there to say goodbye at the end of our stay. She provided helpful information throughout our vacation about places to visit,and shops to use.
This house is well positioned for any shopping or dining. There is a grocery store and restaurant right outside the gates of this community, a bakery a short way down the road, and every convenience you could need within a short drive.
On a scale of 1 to 10, this house is a 15. We couldn't be more pleased and eagerly look forward to returning.

WE HAD AN AMAZING VACATION
I can't express how much my family and I enjoyed the home. The pictures do not do it justice, the view or the house. The house is warm, inviting, clean, great location, neighborhood, easy to get to, grocery store and most every store in the US is in Puerto Rico even Costco. There were 5 of us and there was more than enough room. We were there from 12/30/14 to 01/10/15 and watched the fireworks right from the house, perfect! We had so much fun. Gianna was accessible 24/7 she was the most wonderful host that I had ever encountered. Not only did she provide us with what we needed, she went out of her way to accommodate my family and me. Her home is comfortable, clean, and she goes above and beyond to ensure her hosts are well taken care of. I give her my highest recommendation as a host. Anyone who rents out her rooms will not be disappointed. It was a peaceful & relaxing vacation. If we return next year I would defiantly rent her house again. I highly recommend Gianna’s home. Caguas Villa- hacienda campo verde
The house was very big. Lots of space. We were a family of 6 and we had a lot of space. The balcony is gorgeous. The house is in Caguas, 35/40 minutes from San Juan. There is a WalMart 20 minutes away for groceries and a smaller market very close by. There is a bakery close by with very good bread. It was advertised as having Wi-Fi and the owner reassured us in an email that there was wi-Fi but the wifi did not work at all. When I called her to mention it, she was really rude towards me and told me that she did not advertised as having WiFi. I have two emails to prove it. Also, there is no hot water except in the hall room bathroom. So we all used one bathroom to take a shower. The small sink by the kitchen has no water. She also advertised a hot tub overlooking the mountains. There is no hot tub. There is a jacuzzi bath tub in the master bedroom.
For such a big kitchen, it needs utensils such as a new blender. The one there is old and no cover. It needs some wine glasses and other glasses and some pots and pans. Also needed is a new iron. The one there is really old. We had to buy one.
We went to different attractions.
Those things are easy to fix so the owner should fix them instead of overreacting when someone asked.
