The house faces south-west and it is has a lot of light. It is located in a very quiet place, 20 minutes far away from Barcelona and 10 minutes away from the beach. It is also located in the midst of the natural park "Serralada Litoral", so it’s fully surrounded by nature.
It is a perfect place to visit Barcelona and Girona, Maresme and Costa Brava beaches, villages and natural parks nearby.
A few meters away from the house you will be able to enjoy a pitch and putt, a golf club, 2 riding clubs, mountain sports, hiking, horseback riding routes and several restaurants where you can enjoy national and international cuisine.
You will also be able to enjoy all kinds of water sports and go to "Isla Fantasía" water park. And make your buying the best brands in the largest outlet in Catalonia.

We had an excellent stay at this gorgeous modern home for 2 weeks. The owners were attentive and communicative the whole time before arrival and during our stay. They brought us wine, made excellent restaurant recommendations, and treated the pool and hot tub 2 times during our stay.
We stayed with my husband and I, 2 grannies, and our daughters ages 4 and 6. There was a grocery store and a playground and several restaurants 5 minutes away. It was a nice escape from the busy city and yet still had conveniences.
It was about 20-30 minutes to most locations in Barcelona. It has a gorgeous valley view in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed an espresso every morning on the deck to watch the birds. A glass of wine in the evening to watch the bats. The house is mostly single level and open concept which is nice. The second bathroom is downstairs in the same room as the pool and hot tub, so for safety issues with the kids we did not utilize that bathroom most of the time. The kitchen was perfect and there was laundry available if you needed it. The backyard was enough space for the kids to play football and there was a trampoline to jump on. The indoor pool and hot tub was a luxury and we loved them every day. I would highly recommend this home.
The only drawback for many people will be the gate and driveway. The gate is very hard to open and close which meant we had to open it for the grannies. The driveway is very steep and in a z shape. So you need to 2 point turn on the turns to go up or down the driveway. Which also meant we had to do that for the grannies. The pool is not heated so it was a bit chilly, but the kids could care less!

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle, avec une vue magnifique !! Les propriétaires sont vraiment très accueillants et disponibles ! On a passé un super séjour !

The object has a very nice view and you can have breakfast on the big terrace in the morning sun. It has sun the whole day what is perfect for the big window front of the property. It has a big BBQ working with gas. The owners are very friendly. You need a car for everything up there and you cant park it on the property unless you have an SUV.
The house is very overdue for a renovation. The furniture is cheap, old and worn down. Some of the cupboards where broken, tiles on the floor are loose, brand holes in the couch, light switches broken or missing, some repairs are made with duct tape, a wheel is missing on the lower tray of the dishwasher so you can only use the upper tray or your dishes are still dirty after washing, washing machine is rusty and grips are broken so its very hard to use it, climate control did not work at all but you can switch it on manually. The list could go on...
The pool was not clean on arrival and was not cleaned during our stay (but promised two times). Water is cold like ice so we could not use it anyway. The jacuzzi was not clean as well but 35 degrees warm.
The internet is very slow. Most of the time we measured <0.5 MB/s which is not enough to livestream TV or work properly. We had several outages where internet was down for several hours. On day internet was down over 24 hours. We had to buy a mobile router with 4G network that had 50MB/s to work which is around 100x faster then the installed internet. That internet speed is not acceptable in 2019. Its a managed PPOE network so you cant administrate the router or the connection (im a IT guy).
All together, you can life there if you dont mind some of the mentioned above. I think the price is way to high for the condition of the property. With this prices they could invest more in the object like buying a new light switch for example. Property is a money maker and you will notice it during your stay.
Just to be sure we documented everything in pictures or videos. So we dont have to deal with false claims.
