Located in The Boulders, this lovely house for $179 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Boulders Villa Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This Pueblo-style townhome boasts resort amenities such as shared pools and a hot tub, golf, and tennis on-site, as well as restaurants and a spa (Access to the shared tennis courts, golf course, and spa is available for an additional fee). This updated space offers contemporary furnishings and a gorgeous outdoor dining area! Just northeast of Phoenix, Scottsdale offers a little bit of everything from sporting events to shopping at the Southwest's largest mall, Fashion Square! Kids and adults alike will love the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park or the Butterfly Wonderland. Stop next door at the OdySea Aquarium where you can see stingrays or challenge your friends and family to laser and mirror maze challenges at the OdySea Mirror Maze. Catch a Spring Training game at Salt River Fields or drive into Phoenix to see the Diamondbacks take the mound at Chase Field. THINGS TO KNOW Parties and events are not allowed at this property. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. What a great property! Pictures do not do justice. Super spacious, great layout. Really appreciate the bathroom for each bedroom. Located within the Boulders property. Everyone is super friendly and it is super nice having all the restaurants on property. Will 100% be back!

The house was lovely - large, light and airy - even better than the photos. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of space with the large living room and separate sitting room/dining room. The outdoor garden area was attractive and quiet with nice furniture to relax. The location was good; a 2 minute walk to the pool or a 10 minute walk to the tennis and golf clubhouses. We would happily stay again or recommend it to others.

Great home layout. Some watched TV and others read. Separate areas plus private & serene patio. Pool, tennis and golf available. We didn’t use but looked amazing. I’d say more of an adult community. Didn’t see young families. We would re-book this home.

The property description was accurate and the home was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay but there were a number of small issues that did influence our opinions about how the property is maintained. It appears that as things get broken at the property they are not replaced or fixed. Not having enough glassware and dishes for all the guests that the home accommodates is really such an easy fix so I find that it's not acceptable. Neither is not fixing the broken blind in master bedroom so that privacy and light control can be maintained. Or a broken bedside lamp. I also say this about the bed linens. All pillows should have the proper size cases and all pillows should HAVE a case. I have always found it helpful that management leaves some instructions about how things operate in a home but nothing like this was provided so we had to do a lot of guess work to figure out how things should be.

It was a very cozy home. Our biggest issue was no hot water for a day and a half. Turns out they had turned off
The heat on the water heater. Once on it was great. Curtis came and got us back online and he was wonderful and funny.

The house was immaculate upon arrival and so spacious. We were able to get extended family to come celebrate Christmas with us.! The outdoor patio was a blessing - such a serene environment, just wonder!

We love this place. It is our second stay in 2 years. The patio is so private and right on a wash, the birds are everywhere.
The best part for us was our sunset walks on the nature path that meanders around the Boulders property. We would walk for about 2 miles around through lovely desert scenery, with the sun setting and (lucky for us!) the full moon rising.
We will be back!

We have rented this property several times over the past 5-6 years. Each time it seems more tired. Someone did do some decorating w decorative items. But, the utensils in the kitchen need replacing, the kitchen supplies were old and sparse- bowls, accessories and such were sparse. No dish towels at all. The furniture outside is saggy, dirty and tired, there is a decorative wooden ladder outside that is falling apart and is dangerous., could fall against a window and break it. After a couple of days, mouse droppings were noticed on the kitchen counter and in a closet. Also, cockroaches were spotted. I e-Maile a manager and never heard back.
Lively spot with so much to offer in the area. This place needs attention. The French doors on the outside are looking very sad, the patio needs cleaning and some repair work. No one is taking care of this place.

A nice house in the Boulders community. Furnishings are very basic (ie cheap). Lots of room with 3 bedrooms and a nice private patio. Kitchen supplies need some help (ie how about at bottle opener?). A dead lighter / clicker was left so had to buy one to use the fireplace.
BBQ works and is good. Quite a few burned out light bulbs and replacement bulbs with harsh long lasting flourescent bulbs which is not ideal.
Trash day was supposed to be Tuesday. No pick up. It seemed that Tuesday is recycling day (pink containers) and Thursday is recycling (grey). House only has grey. (We left the trash out all day Tuesday, (no pick up), and all day Wednesday until the coyotes eventually got into it and spewed trash all over the road. (Old wet towels in the trash?? Maybe housekeeping ran out of dryer time).
Overall its an ok house, fairly low key. Don’t expect luxury. (Ps there is no hot tub or pool, there is a communal hot tub and pool down the street). Supposed access to gym and spa, but it was never made clear how access worked.

Diamond in the Desert
Beautiful villa within the Boulders Resort complex. Spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Beds were very comfortable. Gas fireplace was wonderful to have as we visited during cold weather. Quiet location within the resort complex. Easy access to resort restaurants, bars, and trails. Stayed for 5 days but hope someday to stay longer.

Very roomy, clean and comfortable layout. Enjoyed the privacy of the back patio. Had everything we needed and felt right at home. Beds were comfortable, and all 3 bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of towels, and easy access. Will stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. The pool was in walking distance of a few minutes. Shopping in 5-10 minutes. The beds were very comfortable and being able to do laundry helped us pack a lot less. Well stocked with bath towels and pool towels. Centrally located to lakes and amusement parks. We could not have asked for better location. Quite and peaceful.
