Loved the private casita - so quiet and comfortable. The main pool area and the grounds are just gorgeous. The spa was huge and had fantastic services both times I went. Housekeeping is incredible given how much space they have to cover.

You can tell this property used to be a five star resort before it was sold to Hilton. While the property itself is incredible - the staff are not paid enough (I’m guessing) and most (except the bell guys at the front) do not have an amazing level of service. The spa pool was not clean and the eatery was closed. I wouldn’t say the high price is worth what you get
