We fell on 4 rainy days ....making it a challenge to enjoy. The people at the reception bent over backwards to find us what to do..and we're right every time. They ordered taxis for us whenever needed. The highlight was when I found I made a mistake in my train booking and they straightened this out for us....with much effort.Doux points to Best Western!

• A special thank you to Nino, as she was responsive and helpful when I raised my concerns.
• The overall stay improved after she addressed my concerns.
• The location is convenient and close to many services.
• The room became comfortable and suitable for my stay.
There were a few minor issues at first, but they were resolved quickly.
• shower drain needed to be fixed as it has sharp corners.
