The hotel is genuinely great. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfasts are delicious. A special thank you to the housekeeping team — they did an outstanding job and kept everything spotless throughout our stay.
The location is excellent as well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a shopping mall, and the sea is just a short walk away.
Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was quite disappointing. We were moved to another room very late in the evening because of a mistake at reception — they had accidentally checked us and another guest into the same room.
The following day, my husband was woken up by hotel staff who came to congratulate him on his birthday. The only problem was that it wasn’t actually his birthday that day.
Throughout our stay, we felt an unnecessarily cold and somewhat arrogant attitude from the staff, as if they were upset with us for something. This was especially disappointing considering that the problems were caused by mistakes on the hotel’s side.
Another inconvenience was the air conditioning. The temperature cannot be adjusted independently in the room. We had to call reception whenever we wanted the air conditioning turned off, and it was impossible to set a comfortable temperature. When the air conditioning was on, it was too cold; when it was off, the room became stuffy.
After all of this, and after we left a negative review on Google Maps, we were offered a better room. We really appreciate the gesture and would like to say thank you for that.

Amazing views, amazing quality of stay, comfortable beds, amazing room service, in close proximity to pretty much everything! We agree it was the highlight of our trip! The executive suite was breathtaking!!!
