The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 2nd floor with A/C units in all bedrooms for your comfort. The bonus room above the garage has 2 Futon Beds and an A/C unit for extra sleeping arrangements. The beautifully landscaped yard enhances the serenity of this home and inspires you to relax and enjoy the day! Home is the perfect vacation spot on a dead-end road with a path going into town. If you prefer being more active, the Forest Ridge Recreation Center is a short drive away, where you'll find an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and gaming area. The Forest Ridge neighborhood is a great place for walking, jogging, and biking. This Town Recreation Center also has a playground, ball field, and basketball courts for guests. Enjoy being close to Loon Mountain Resort giving you many activities to choose from without having to drive far! Have a blast exploring the Loon Adventure Center by Zip-lining down Loon Mountain and over the Pemi River or Scenic Gondola Rides up to the top of Loon Mountain with incredible views. Climbing Wall and Bike Rentals are also available. Great spot for hikers, explorers, fishermen, bikers, and adventurers. This home is just off the scenic Kancamagus Highway which will bring you to North Conway in 45 minutes! It would have helped to have information available about the rental itself. No idea how to turn on the spa tub, finally figured it out after fiddling around with it. We had no information on the common area facility. We walked down and found it, then we had to walk back and search for the "keys" so we could go in. We finally found them hanging on a hook in the hallway. There were tv's in most rooms but we were only able to actually watch something on the TV in living area. all was fine
