- quite centrally located: 15 min. walk to Vieux Port, 20 min. to Place des Lices
- usefully arranged room layout
- well equipped and completely renovated bathrooms
- outdoor area of residential estate well maintained
- bedrooms are oriented toward the very busy mainstreet D98A; extremely noisy during day and night, even with closed windows - windows not soundproof
- furniture and equipement very old and in an extremely poor condition, partly damaged (chair broken, doors of cupboard broken
- washing machine defect
- light in the kitchen defect
- air condition in the main room defect
- no floor cover, just painted screed
- kitchen equipement and dishes incomplete, run-down and partly not cleaned
- basic cleaning poorly carried out
- parking garage difficult to access and unusable for a middle class car
- we called the owner in Italy and complained all details - there was no reaction
- we paid € 310,-/day - price-service-ratio miserable
