New and stylish hotel.
Modern design.
Next to train station.
And there is a grocery store in the hotel.
1. We were initially given a disabled-accessible room and were told that an extra bed would be provided within a few hours. When we returned to the hotel, there was still no bed, and we had to change rooms. As we were staying for only one night, this was quite inconvenient and took up valuable time.
2. Also, although the hotel is only a few kilometres from the city centre, getting a taxi was often difficult and journeys were surprisingly slow. With attractions closing early, this made it challenging to plan our days.

Very close to the station, comfortable stay and a very pleasant chef at breakfast.
WhatsApp to communicate to reception was always delayed ended up having to go to reception for service.

Our group were given lovely rooms on the 3rd floor but we all had to change rooms because the gym was on the 4th floor above us (not on the basement or ground level like many gym facilities).
A lot of people were using the gym - a group of people had apparently booked in together and were enquiring about the gym - and the noise from the weights and/or things being thrown around was unbearable and non-stop for two days.
Reception were very helpful and efficient in changing us to quiet rooms but nobody ever came back to us to explain what the noise was, and we had to complain via whatsapp messages as nobody picks up the phone. It seems they might be under-staffed. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel but don’t get a room on the 3rd floor if a lot of people want to thrown things around in the gym at the same time!
