Great location, restaurant staff were really friendly and the food was good. The gym was also excellent.
The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were not good.

I really liked how the decor of the hotel was layed out with the rooms and accessiblity to facilities, including the swimming pool, hot tub which was perfect as it was indoor with less people which made the experience much better. Chronis was also an amazing staff memeber who was lovely to talk to during our stay when we arrived.
I wasn't a fan of the room sizes as they were majorly small for my liking, especially there was less space to move around in, and the fact the bathrooms didn't have complete privacy, especially since it was a slider door without a lock and the material of the door is seethrough which really put me off.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially at the front desk and the breakfast area (including the chef making custom omelets). The service made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay.
,The breakfast was just average. During peak hours, it was quite hard to get food as items ran out quickly and refills were slow. Additionally, the vegetables didn't feel very fresh.
