private balcony and hot shower.
no hanger to hang wet towels and wooden floor (can hear foot steps from next door room especially when the kids running and moving the chair) which are very disturbing at night.

The location was amazing, it was on the way to Kundasang and Kinabalu Park, the atmosphere and views are very nice. Weather is cold and breezy but gets a bit warm in the morning. The restaurant that's nearby serves amazing traditional food. Room was cozy with comfy beds.
The rooms would be better with a fan to help with the late morning heat. An iron and a hairdryer would also be appreciated for guests that pack lightly.
