Underrated, but it has everything we need. The magnificent mountain view was definitely a highlight of our stay. It’s conveniently located near many eateries and attractions, making it easy to get around. The place is clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay.
The only downsides are the steep road leading up to the property, the many staircases, and the room light, which was constantly flickering during our stay.

Super lovely people working there, location is awesome with epic views.
It’s bit run down, with mold, sad looking bathrooms and rooms, though for that price you can’t complain that much

Great view.
The stairs up to B3 was dark at night. It is very dangerous because the stairs are steep. Please install some lights!

The kinabalu mountain view.
I have mixed feelings about this property, especially because of my experience with one of their male staff members. He almost kicked me out of the property simply because I asked him to come and check my room after a stranger suddenly opened my locked room while I was sleeping. I asked whether the person might have been one of their staff members, but he denied it and kept insisting that the property was safe. What upset me most was that he even told me that I was being delusional.
I understand that they may believe the property is safe, but I expected my concern to be taken seriously, especially after someone entered or attempted to enter my locked room while I was asleep.
