Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc. The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and queen bed. The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required. Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels. Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided. Charcoal grill (one per unit). Wi-Fi and 3 Smart tv's (no satellite or cable). Check in after 4pm/Check out by10 am. Responsible Party must be 25 years of age or older. PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. Two units - each unit is independent complete with kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba. This listing is for Unit B. Listing for Unit A - VRBO# 1238550. Both units may be rented by the same party.

My husband, kids and I took the grandparents on a christmas trip. We love Gulf Shores and this beach house was great for our party of 6! Spacious unit and super quiet. We even decided to add on another day. Pictures and description are as described. I would add a curtain to the upstairs loft, only because of nightowls, so the tv or any light comes straight through upstairs. 5 minute walk to The Beach House restaurant and fish market. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back next year!

The owner was fantastic about communication during the planning stages, she gave me thorough check in instructions two days ahead of time. The property is literally a beautiful five minute walk to the beach, bring your own gear or rent it there. There’s a cute resturant around the corner from the house and a corner store with anything you need. The house itself was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space for all of us to relax.

Had 6 overnight guests and we all had a bed to sleep in that wasn't a pull out couch or an air mattress! There was plenty of space in the kitchen and living room. Also, there was plenty of parking in the back in the grassy lot for 4-5 vehicles, and that was a huge relief! The only recommendation I would ask for is for salt and pepper to be included in "basics" (there was none) and to ensure there was dish soap, as it was listed on being provided but sadly there was none. We worked it out by using the dishwasher detergent only! Overall, great communication with the owner and would stay again!

The house we stayed at was really nice. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The only problems I had were trying to get the tv upstairs to work (which could also be user error lol) and there were centipedes everywhere inside the house. We probably killed roughly 20 throughout the whole stay. Staying betweeen two bodies of water I understand there are going to be bugs, however, centipedes just give me the chills so I was constantly on edge. Other than that everything else was great! I reccomend you bring your own paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and scrub brush, toilet paper, hand soap, paper plates, and utensils. No joke when they say they give you the starting essentials.

Really enjoyed having the “Beach House” Restaurant within a short walk- so no driving after having a couple “adult-bevs” and their food was very good!! Staff was always so friendly, too. Also- public beach access just a short walk away! Awesome !! Shonna replied back very quickly if we had any questions … would definitely rent this house again! Totally enjoyed our 10 night stay! We typically prefer stand-alone properties and had no clue that this was a duplex until we received the address and code info. At that time, we learned that we were in Unit B on the back side of the property. Since we were only in town for a soccer tournament and not the beach, we figured that was ok. Our adjoining neighbors sounded like they were throwing suitcases down the stairs all evening (great way to welcome us). Next door is a hotel type facility with short- and long-term renters - so if you are interested in people watching, you'll be entertained. My husband awoke to the sound of guns being fired the first night (he's an avid hunter so he knows the sound). We needed a place to lay our heads while in town a couple of evenings and the place provided that. I believe that the accuracy of the listing could be better even though you cannot necessarily help who your neighbors are.

Absolutely loved this condo!!! The property management was amazing! The condo was super clean, tons of space and it’s private! We actually came down in November for a surprise shopping trip and I was soooo happy to be in a very nice neighborhood where I didn’t have to worry about our safety. I know when we come down to Gulf Shores again, where we will be staying. Winter or summer, it’s the perfect place!

The property was spacious, well decorated,clean and nice. One suggestion I might add tho, is depending on the guests length of stay, might leave more than one dishwasher detergent and trash bags. And maybe a suggestion brochure of surrounding activities to do.

We loved this property! Everything on the inside was very clean. The little spot the house was tucked in was perfect & very peaceful! The walk to the beach was three minutes tops! We really enjoyed the balcony at night. The king loft was perfect for mom & dad. The kids rooms were very spacious as well! We loved this location! The family kept saying all week we just want to stay and never go home! It was amazing 🤩

We had a wonderful time and would like to rent again. The only negative we had was the neighbors in Unit B came in Friday afternoon and started playing music and did not turn it off or down until midnight. We could hear the misic, words and bass in our condo. We were leaving Satuday morning and had to be up and out by 10:00 am.

We loved the property it was super close to the beach we walked there everyday. The porch was perfect for morning coffee. Great place to stay!
