During the winter months, we have beautiful cool sunny days. This townhouse is centrally located in Yuma. Only 20 minutes away from Los Algodones, Mexico. It’s always fun to visit. They have great tacos, shopping, and very inexpensive prescription drugs. It is also known as Molar City. It has the most dentists per capita than any town or city in the world. The nearby Colorado River is a great way to relax whether boating, floating down, or canoeing. The Imperial Sand Dunes is about a 20-minute drive. There are three local casinos to visit. If it is sight-seeing you like, Yuma is rich in history. Visit the Yuma Territorial Prison and the Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Parks. The downtown area also is a great place to shop or visit the museum. It provides a great nightlife with restaurants and bars to visit. This townhouse is a single-story, two-bedroom and two-bath home. It is clean, comfortable, and modern. This home sleeps up to four. It has a full kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. It has a dining area and a living room with a Smart TV with cable. The main bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and it is near the hall bathroom. This home comes with the Internet. There is a two-car garage for secure parking. The backyard is a relaxing area to barbeque and to practice your putting. Just down the street is the community pool. This home can be rented by the day, a week, or by the month. So whether you are here for a few days to dove hunt, watch the balloon festival, attend Midnight at the Oasis, or have a longer stay for work or pleasure. The property was exactly as pictured and described. I recommend Karen as a host anytime and would return. She was more than easy to work with. She checked in on us to make sure we got in and sent the instructions separately to make it easier for us to access the property. The property is easy to find with good access to all of Yuma. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to I-10. I give this property and host the highest score and feedback. Thank you for being flexible as well.

This was our second visit to Yuma and to Karen's home. Her willingness to help did not disappoint. There was plenty of room when family visited and once again, we relaxed and enjoyed meals and playing games on the patio. Stores are conveniently located for quick shopping, but many amenities were all ready provided. When we hear about some other VRBOs we realize how lucky we are to stay here. Thank you, Karen!

The condo is very clean and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. It is roomy, centrally located and has a comfortable covered porch in the back with a fun putting green. Good working a/c and comfortable beds. Nice community pool for cooling off. The hosts are great to work with. We would certainly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean, comfortable and close to the airport. It was just perfect for our group of 3. Karen is a great host and did a wonderful job of making us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.

I had one employee stay here for 10 weeks, he absolutely loved the property!! The house was immaculate, it had everything you could need for a long stay and was in a great location. The owner, Karen was incredible, she made the experience for my intern really comfortable, we will definitely try to rent this again next year!

If you'd like to spend a vacation in a great house you would approve of this one - with plenty of room and amenities. Plus, our visiting family enjoyed eating and playing games on the patio, and our niece especially liked scoring a hole-in-one on the putting green. A nearby golf course rated high on the list for the guys! We don't have a Dillard's where we live, so we definitely liked shopping there plus some other stores in Yuma. Karen Bagby was very helpful and accommodating!

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. I was terribly disappointed, though, to find the pool is not heated and freezing cold in March. Swimming and lounging by the pool are a big part of a winter getaway for me. I think this should be noted in the property description.
