This property is in a great location. It is a good size for a family of 6-8.
The lounge was filthy - like it has never been cleaned. The property was surface level cleaned but otherwise dirty. Mouldy air con. Dust and dirt around.

Awesome location. Could walk to cafes, beaches, the pub. Huge well equipped kitchen. Great floor plan for sharing with others as the third bedroom was also a second lounge. Beautifull sunny verandah. Great value for money.
Kitchen and lounge were in need of a bit of a spring clean. But bathrooms and bedrooms were good. Some basics were missing that you usually expect like some salt, one or two dishwashing sachets etc. But supermarket was close by so not a big deal.
