Downstairs features a fully self-contained queen bedroom, ideal for another family or group, with no internal stairs connecting the levels. The property is fully fenced and has a pleasant garden with a gas BBQ, providing a safe, inviting space for all.
With four bedrooms, two kitchens (including dishwasher and microwave), two TVs, top-load washing machine and dryer, and split-system air conditioning, this home has everything you need for a comfortable island escape. The house, as it is , is reliably good value as a holiday rental. Upgrades and maintenance have been done since last year but more could be done. The race against wear and tear is still being run.

We've been staying here for 25 years and seen many changes. Disappointed the aircon wasn't working and nobody advised us even though Ray White knew prior to us arriving. Wasted a lot of my time and no offer of any consideration for sweltering for the week
