It easily accommodated our group of 8, with enough cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and clean linen.
The location was also great - very close to Cylinder Beach (3-5 mims walk), and about a 15 mins walk to main beach. Foodworks was around the corner as were some cute cafes and restaurants.
It wasn't as clean as we'd liked. We spotted about 5 cockroaches inside the house, as well as spiders. My 8 year old daughters were terrified of sleeping in their room alone, so they shared a bed with their 12 year old sister.
Not enough cleaning detergents and chux were provided- just one chux wipe, actually, which was a bit stingy. We found a box of cling film, but when we opened it up, it was empty. Just the attention to detail and cleanliness wasn't great.

The location of the property is pretty good, walking distance to the cafe and shops. There is a cold water shower under the deck so we can raise off the sand before enter to the house. I really like that. Full kitchen with everything you need, even cooking oil, salt, pepper, some of the places I have been don't normally provide these.
Maybe it's good idea to provide more rubbish bags... specially when we have 10 people staying, 2 bags are not enough. Also Sorry I have really bad phone reception so I didn't check my phone much. By the time I see the text message about take the rubbish bin out already too late. If you can add that to the check-in information would be better.
