Hörschel ist der Eingang zum Rennsteig, man sollte in dem angrenzenden Gasthaus vorab bestenfalls einen Tisch reservieren, denn mehr Gastronomie habe ich nicht gesehen. Aber dafür war es super lecker. Der Check in erfolgt über einen Schlüsseltresor, was aber völlig unkompliziert ist. Die E-Bikes standen sicher in einem kleinen Container. Bei Bedarf steht ein Getränkeautomat auf dem Hof zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung - nichts außergewöhnliches, aber völlig ausreichend (für eine Übernachtung allemal).
