The central location provided easy walking to all attractions within Eisenach! The room was clean and comfortable.
The reception desk attendant was not very helpful explaining the parking arrangements. The entrance sign to the parking lot can only be seen from one direction. The outside garbage bins were overflowing.

Super nette reception, gutes frühstück, sehr sauber.
Very good hotel! Very friendly staff, available parking at the back of hotel, good breakfast, very clean rooms. Could add one more pillow.

Great location close to the city center
Everything was well , maybe better organization when they distribute the rooms, when more couples are there for check in. We received rooms that were not clean not ready for accommodations.
