About this house rental
Nestled in Surf City, this charming house for $575 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautiful, 5BR 4 full and 2 half BA family friendly house. Walk one block (420 ft) to your private beach access. Relax on the large deck and 12x24 private saltwater pool. The house has plenty of parking space. We recently put in 2 new air conditioners to keep you cool on those hot summer days. All bedrooms have a private full bathroom except the two first level queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the living area and another half bathroom on the ground level for easy access from the pool. All bedrooms have flat-screen Smart LED TVs with basic cable. Dining space for 14, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. 14 bathroom towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided. 7-day minimum. Saturday to Saturday. *No bed linens provided* If you need to rent bed linens, just reach out to Sweet Dreams Linen in Surf City. Give them the house address and they will drop off and pick up your linens. Come and relax at the Beach Hive. We hope you love this house as much as we do. We have furnished it with everything you need for an easy family vacation. Enjoy the large kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook solo or as a group. The kitchen also has an island that sits 4 that is perfect for hanging out or playing games. In addition to the open living space, you can hang out on the ground level and play darts or bumper pool or open up the garage door and enjoy the outside. You'll also love the covered porch and decks off the back of the house not to mention hanging poolside. Not only does this house have open areas to share with family and friends there is plenty of space to retreat and relax. We are located on a wonderful street with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. There is a park across the street with a public dock where you can see beautiful sunsets. We are just a few blocks from downtown Surf City. We hope you enjoy the house, ocean, and city as much as we do.

The house is great. Clean, organized, provisioned, etc. We were a group of two families with four adults and seven kids from 7-13. The proximity to the beach and lack of crowd was one of the best parts of this property... The pool is small (like most others on Topsail), but served it's purpose well. The owners are super fast to respond to any and all communications.
One star deducted for neighborhood; the house next door is a dump with detritus all over it. This really drags down the nice properties around it.
I also deducted one star for cleanliness... While the overall property was very nice and clean, little things like the fridges and freezers, stairwells, etc definitely need more attention from the cleaning company.
Overall, we would absolutely book this property again...!

We had a great time during our annual beach trip and we’re so glad we decided to stay 2 weeks this year at the beehive! What a wonderful home! The kids and adults alike loved the private pool as well as the convenient short walk to the beach and pier. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house. Would definitely suggest staying here!

This property was perfect for our family. There were 7 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy everything. The pool was very popular and perfect size. My kids have asked that we book this property again for the next vacation.

We typically stay in North Topsail beach, but wanted to try Surf City side. A lot more traffic and some car noise all night long were the only downsides to this awesome house!
Lots of amenities and space for our 3 families and all our things :)
Would love to visit the Beach Hive again some summer soon!

We had a wide range of ages and every single one of us had a fantastic time at the beach hive! The location was close to the beach and long walkable to the pier. The property was well kept and clean and the pool was amazing. The only downside was I wish there was an enclosed outdoor shower. All in all this place was great, Jeff and Genevieve were super helpful and responsive, and we would definitely rent again!

This is our 3rd year renting this home for our annual family beach vacation. We find it to be the perfect size, very comfortable and nicely furnished and the kids (and me) love the pool. The owners are very responsive should you need to contact them. You can’t go wrong with this home! Highly recommend this property!

The property was superb! The guestrooms and bathrooms were so comfortable. The living room and kitchen perfectly fit our family. Proximity to the beach and ease of access was excellent as was the convenience of a lovely pool at the house. Highly recommend this gem for your next family vacation!

Best beach house ever! From my 14 year old granddaughter!
My 87 year old mother loved the front porch sitting in the rocking chair and watching everything. She even went in the pool with her great grandson ❤️ The teens and children loved the game room and everything it offered. I didn’t have to worry about the area. Perfect!!
Location was great to the beach. We couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy family time and the beach together! Had everything we needed and beautiful! Cooked out on the grill. Loved each bedroom having its own bathroom too! We plan on going back!

The Beach Hive was located in a nice area. The rooms were plentiful for our family members. Walking distance to beach and the bonus of a pool.
Gas grill was a plus where we made some delicious meals! Main area kitchen, dining and living was great for us all to enjoy each other’s company after such a strange year!

Exceptional home and location!
This was our second year to Topsail and first year at this home. We found it to be everything as advertised and then some! The kitchen was well stocked with bare essentials and the welcome kit helped us settle in. The amenities provided were much appreciated. The walk to the ocean was quick and the pool was welcome after a long day at the beach. We had 11 adults and 3 children and the house was perfect for all. The bedding was also very comfortable.
I highly recommend this house. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year!

We had a few issues upon check in however the owners were very quick to get back to me and assured me they would talk to there cleaning staff. Other than that it was excellent.
