Easy access to Zuid. Clean spaces.
Entrance area and check-in desk poorly placed. Too busy and cramped.
Front of house staff disinterested in helping out guests beyond the basic check-in.
When we visited there was a concert on, as such, there was no parking available at the property (we were told paradoxically that we could reserve parking and that we couldn’t reserve parking from hotel communications).
Parking in the 3 surrounding garages was also impossible as they were all full. Street parking in different zones, relatively near to the hotel, at the time of writing, have a 3 hour maximum stay. That makes it tricky as we had to leave to move the car repeatedly in 3 hour increments.
Too expensive for what it is (I think due to the concert the price was artificially inflated).

A very cozy hotel. Everything has been thought through to the last detail – the rooms aren't particularly large, but they're ergonomically perfect. They serve delicious coffee in the lobby.
The hotel has its own parking lot, but reservations are not possible. The location is not ideal, not in the city center.

The location it's awesome. Room was small but it has hangers, table, tv, big windows, AC. For what we needed it was more than enough. The lady from cleaning was so nice that I asked about Two extra towels. She was kind enough to provide them. Free coffee and tea in the dining area downstairs.
Like i said, the room was a bit small and the bathroom also it's a bit crowded. But you can find everything in place. Soap, towels, hair dryer, hangers, tv and table.

This is our 2nd stay because our first was so so nice. The rooms are small but just enough for us since we’re out enjoying the town mostly all day anyway, but it’s nice to see there is now a shower door. The staff were nice as always, everything was exceptionally clean as always too because the cleaning crew is excellent!
We will sadly not return for a 3rd time. The first time we were warned by reviews and staff that the walls are thin & the hotel is frequently visited by various characters. It’s not great at all to hear other guests having sex all night long when all we wanted was a quiet weekend getaway. Change those beds and get them away from the walls!!! And ladies, you don’t have to scream!!! A little goes a long way ;)
