This property is in a great location, quiet residential area , walking distance to Alvor. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool is a great addition and a good size. Outside area is well maintained.
This property would benefit having an information manual, we couldn’t get the oven to work. Information on where the rubbish goes ect would all be very helpful.

Our stay at this perfect villa was an absolute dream, largely thanks to an extraordinary host "Ana"who truly redefined hospitality with seamless communication, a warm personal welcome, and invaluable insider recommendations. The property itself was immaculate, effortlessly balancing modern luxury and high-end comfort, while the prime location offered the ultimate blend of serene privacy and effortless access to nearby beaches and the vibrant town centre.
We loved everything. Thank you Ana.

The lady Ana that met us was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. She informed us a few places worth visiting in the area while showing us the house.
Even though we were 30 minutes later than the check in time and we left 2 hours after the check out time we didn't get charged extra which I thought was nice of the host.
We stayed in early April and the area was quite but still had small crowds to give it atmosphere.
We were a party of 5 adults and one child and the house was a perfect size for us, the main bedroom has an ensuite while the other 2 bedrooms shared another bathroom with bath and shower . Also there was another toilet down stairs.
The garden was nice and sheltered and the Pool was lovely but not heated, which wasn't a problem for us.
I would recommend this house for a family that likes to have a quite stay ,be able to walk to the local beach and also be able to stroll into town for a nice meal and a few drinks in the evenings
0nly a few minor issues that didn't spoil our stay but could be improved on for future visitors
1. The property could do with an extra few towels and pillows
2. The washing machine was malfunctioning (wouldn't drain )
3.Some of the glass exterior doors locks weren't locking , but there was also shutters so not a security issue
4.The door to one of the bedrooms couldn't close properly as it was a bit out of line
