Kanica is a small tourist place in Rogoznica area, situated in a bay located 11 km away from Rogoznica (by mainland), and includes parts of the village Kanica at the east and Oštrička Luka on the western side of the peninsula. It is ideal for a peaceful, quiet and pleasant holiday and also for those who want to feel the warm atmosphere of private accommodation and pleasant hosts. For guests that are looking for active vacation, Kanica offers diving, fishing, water skiing, in the bay you can also rent paddle boats and kayaks and there is a possibility for boat trips (water taxi). Kanica is ideal for hiking and cycling. Vicinity to the sea and many hidden bays and beaches are her additional attributes. It stretches along the coast and has several small coves which are delightful for lovers of nature, active holidays and nautical tourism. In Kanica there are beaches with small pebble stones and rocky beaches with concrete plots in front of the houses. Next to the beach there are two coffee bars and restaurant. Harmony of sun, stone and crystal clear sea, and remoteness from the everyday noise and crowd are the best description of special vacation pleasure in Kanica.

Schönes Haus mit einem Top Pool (Salzwasser System). 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Badebucht mit türkisen Meer, herrlich und auch Kleinkinder geeignet. Bucht ist recht klein und die Liegeplätze schnell weg, aber warum am Strand hinlegen, wenn man gleich wieder beim Haus und Pool ist? Die bucht ist auch gut zum Schnorcheln geeignet.
Im Haus gibt es 2 queensize Betten, besser wären kingsize insbesondere für 2 größere Erwachsene. Ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, leider nur für Kinder oder leichte Personen geeignet.
Jedes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Das ganze Haus ist ziemlich neu und gut in Schuss. Moskitonetze oder gitter an den Fenstern wären toll, leider hab ich das noch nie in Kroatien erlebt (gibt es scheinbar nicht) obwohl es doch einige Mücken gibt und die in der Nacht nerven. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, wird vielleicht von den Geräuschen im Ort gestört sein, man hört die Leute am Strand in der Bar und wenn sie draußen sitzen. Uns hat das aber nicht genervt, hier ist keine Disco in der Nähe und wenn Leute reden und lachen ist das nicht schlimm. Im Haus hört man eh nichts.
Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett und stets über Telefon oder WhatsApp erreichbar und hilft mit Tipps oder was man sonst noch braucht.
Meine Tops waren der Pool und der Weber Gasgrill. Verbesserungsfähig wären für mich moskitogitter und kingsize polsterbetten. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau, deswegen volle Sterne....

Maison magnifique avec grande piscine et extérieur très élégant et moderne. Climatisation très efficace. Une salle de bain super jolie pour chaque chambre. Propriétaire super accueillante et disponible. Vue agréable. Seul point à avoir en tête : des maisons proches et 2 restaurants autour de la maison- un cote animé qui peut réduire le côté zen à l’extérieur de la maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et la propriétaire.

Lovely house in small village, close to nice little beach. Quiet. House is well equipped with three bed/bathrooms. Garden with pool is good for relaxation and entertaining kids.

Unbelievable and spectacular house, in a small and nice village. 30 minutes from Split but so far away from commercial turism. Unbeatable break-off and holiday!
The owner is a professional, polite and precise person you expect to find in such a beatiful house!
