TileHouse95 is in an antique typical building with tiles from the beginning of the century, the entrance of this building reminds Lisbon of 1900. The apartment is completely renovated with natural and ecological materials creating a calm and relaxing environment. After a busy day around Lisbon, its good to relax on TileHouse95 and have a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony. The apartment has two bedrooms, one - the master suite - with a king-size bed and private bathroom, a living room, a second bathroom, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook with the ingredients bought at the nearby traditional market . The house has all the facilities you need such as TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the house, washing machine and dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, coffee machine, squeezer, kettle, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and basic shower kit (shower gel and shampoo) are provided. Baby cot and baby chair can be also provided. TileHouse 95 is an apartment with natural materials that link together in a comfortable and elegant way. Wonderful property! Our Host Sylvia was delightful and informative. Wine and pastries were a nice touch👍. The property would benefit with a drier for foreign travellers.

The apartment was so warm and cozy! Everything we needed was made available and Sylvia was wonderful! We loved how welcoming and helpful she was on top of the bottle of wine and pastries set out upon our arrival! Although not in the touristy side of Lisbon, it was easy to get around via walking, public transportation and of course Uber. Local markets, restaurants and the pharmacy were also close by. Would definitely stay here again when staying in Lisbon!

Master bath extremely small. Hard to utilize. A dryer would have been nice. Going up the stairs was extremely difficult for us as we are in our 70’s. We didn’t realize it was on the third floor. All in all, we loved our stay

Very clean , easy check in. Beautiful condo. Bathrooms very modern. Only downfall is there was no plates which wasn’t a big deal. She left us a bottle of wine & pastries which were delicious.

It was very nice accommodations clean and all amenities were available. Plus nicely decorated. It was in a night life location. Expected was late night activity. Parking as expected was scarce. We spent very little time in the residences. It was centrally located.

Communication before arrival was great. All inquiries were quickly answered. From the moment we arrived we felt like royalty. We were greeted with Portuguese wine and freshly made pastries (Natas) followed by a tour of the place. The place was immaculate, bright and modern. Would highly recommend this place. 🙂

Sylvia met us at the suite, provided helpful overview, tourist and transportation tips, where to get supplies, along with a treat of the famous tarts! The place was spotless and very comfortable. Good location to get around. She was a good host and helped us get a taxi upon departure. Would very much recommend.

The stay was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood a quick walk/Uber to where we wanted to go. Check in was also easy, and it was well stocked. There are a lot of small restaurants a block or two away, which were perfect after busy days walking through Lisbon (bring cash). Was really perfect for us

We really enjoyed our stay! Property was as described. Slyvia met us upon arrival with pastry treats and was extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and worked well for two couples. The only negative was the second bedroom is on the street side which resulted in signifcant road noise (I'm a light sleeper). The master on the opposite side was very quiet.

With the windows wide open this flat is breezy and comfortable even in the heat. I barely needed the aircon. It is an inexpensive short ride to the centre and all the sites. The neighbourhood has everything and it is very safe. I can’t wait to stay again. Thank you Silvia for all your help.

We loved the rental! Very much as described, and set up so that even if small, we felt like we each had our own space (traveled with our 2 teen daughters). We were able to easily walk to to Flea Market and Sao Vicente church. There is a nice mini market just a black from the rental. If you're looking to be in the thick of the city center, this location is a bit outside what most people would probably prefer to walk, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, albeit only a few days. We were met by Sylvia Martins who warmly welcomed us to a pristine apartment and a appetizer and bottle of wine. Sylvia was more than happy to assist us before and during our stay with recommendations for tours and shopping suggestions. Groceries and a wonderful patisserie just steps away. She was a hostess with the mostest-thank you Bonnie and Margaret.

Intro to Lisbon
We got a glimpse of what living in Lisbon is like. I enjoyed watching the local cats while sitting on our small balcony! The manager was very responsive and we had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the welcoming wine and pastries!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter
Für unseren Kurztripp in die tolle Stadt Lissabon war die Wohnung perfekt. Sie Kommunikation und Wohnungsübergabe durch Silvia war perfekt, die Wohnung war wie im Inserat angegeben sehr gemütlich, sauber und ausreichend groß für 4 Erwachsene. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir bekamen viele wertvolle Tipps von Silvia bei der Anreise. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 200m entfernt, viele Buslinien sowie auch die historische Straßenbahnlinie 28E halten in der Nähe der Wohnung, zu Fuß ist man in 30 Minuten m Zentrum von Lissabon
Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

It is not a trendy, tourist neighborhood- it’s real Lisbon. You can walk to Graça in a few minutes if you want a crowd. With a grocery up the street and restaurants and pastry shops all around, we loved it. Silvia was the best! No way to sum it up in a quick post, but if you are new to Lisbon as we were and if you love to walk as we do, this is a wonderful place to stay. Everything is as advertised. Worked great for us for our two week stay. Oh and tip: Just don’t leave the keys in the house when you go out!!!

Dieses Objekt ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige 3 Zimmer Wohnung, in der man sich wohl fühlt. Alles vorhanden, auch Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Diese Wohnung würden wir gerne wieder buchen. Top. Vielen Dank auch an Silvia, die uns gute Tipps gegeben hat. Alles reibungsloser Ablauf. Gerne wieder!

Traumwohnung
Die Wohnung im Stadtteil Graca (nähe Largo da Graca) ist ein Traum. Von außen unscheinbar, aber schon im stilvollen Treppenhaus erlebt man eine angenehme Überraschung: Alles ist sehr gepflegt und topmodern eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, die Badezimmer sind auf neuestem Standard, die Schlafzimmer mit äußerst bequemen Betten ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist pragmatisch, aber dennoch geschmackvoll, nicht zu viel, aber auch genug, um Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Vermieter sind ebenso wie die Verwalterin (Silvia Martins) äußerst hilfsbereit und nett, geben gute Tipps (z.B. "Pastelaria Saga", "Casa do Bacalhao") und empfangen einen so herzlich, dass man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlt. Obendrein ist es dank der hochwertigen Fenster sehr ruhig.
Tipp: Mit der Linie 28 die Haltestelle "Rua da Graca" nutzen, um sich fortzubewegen oder den Bus Linie 730.
Beim nächsten Lissabon-Aufenthalt werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
